Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Pasos a la playa, no hay calles que cruzar. Ubicado a dos cuadras de Coligny Plaza con gran cantidad de tiendas y restaurantes. ¡Disfruta de una bebida en nuestro balcón mientras disfrutas de nuestra vista al mar! Relájese en la terraza del lado del mar con vista a la playa, ideal para tomar el sol y observar las estrellas. Disfrute de dos piscinas en la propiedad, un columpio con vista al mar y área de parrilla con mesas de picnic. También es miembro de un club de salud con piscina cubierta y spa con hidromasaje. Muchas clases de ejercicios se ofrecen durante toda la semana.

Nuestro condominio está equipado con muchos de sus servicios favoritos. No hay nada extra que tengas que empacar. Juguetes de playa, sillas de playa, sombrillas, toallas de playa y bicicletas! Alquiler perfecto para parejas, escapadas de niñas y familias con niños pequeños. Bicicleta en la playa o las 100 millas de senderos para bicicletas en la isla. Mientras tomas el sol, observa a los delfines y pelícanos. Nuestra playa, South Forest Beach, es considerada la playa favorita de Hilton Head. Cualquier local con te digo eso. ¡Ven y disfruta de nuestro condominio recién renovado que presenta un tema de playa y colores! El nuevo sofá cama Queen es de calidad comercial (no es endeble y no tiene barra en la espalda) y tiene un colchón de espuma de memoria de 7 pulgadas, ¡increíblemente cómodo! Definitivamente NO es tu típico sofá cama! Hay dos literas perfectas para los más pequeños. El dormitorio tiene una cama queen size con ropa de cama nueva para dormir.

Nos enamoramos de Hilton Head (y usted también lo hará) en nuestro primer viaje aquí en los años 80 y hemos estado viniendo aquí desde entonces. Compramos este condominio debido a su proximidad con el Grande Ocean de Marriott, del cual somos dueños de una semana de tiempo compartido, y podemos usar sus instalaciones como propietario. También tenemos otras semanas de tiempo compartido en Marriott que alquilamos. No solo eso, tenemos muchas semanas en depósito que podemos cambiar a otros tiempos compartidos en cualquier parte del mundo y también alquilarlos. ¡Hemos estado alquilando nuestras semanas de tiempo compartido por más de 25 años! A wonderful getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this cute little condo. The owner thought of everything to make the stay perfect. It's so nice to have the chairs and umbrellas for the beach along with the handy cart to haul our things. The little cooler came in handy also. She seriously thought of everything. We took the included bikes on a day trip to Sea Pines. She mapped out a route that we followed and had a great time. We rented a car but with the location of this property you can literally bike or walk anywhere. We will definitely stay here again if available on our next trip to beautiful HHI

Exceptional condo

This condo was the best I have ever stayed in in seaside villas. It was beautifully decorated. There was ample supply of everything from towels, toiletries, beach gear and bikes. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Instructions were clearly laid out for every gat and door. . The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating for cleanliness is because the fans needed a serious dusting but other than that everything was spotless. I would definitely stay here again. Great location and easy access to the beach and other amenities.

Hilton Head is a very beautiful vacation spot,the condo was very cozy and clean, the rain had shower was very cool, loved how close it was to the beach and everything was provided for the beach including umbrella, chairs, and beach cart ,very close a walk to the Colony Plaza as well, or you can ride a bikes that was provided with a condo. Definitely would stay again!!

Super nice and fully equipped. This is the one!!

This was our second weeklong visit to Hilton Head Island so we were looking for someplace nice, close to the beach and somewhat affordable. We were lucky enough to find Sea Side Villa #143 which met all of our requirements and then some. We found the unit to be recently remodeled, nicely decorated, super clean, and free from the wear and tear we have seen in other rentals. The unit features a large bedroom with TV, bathroom with a rain head shower and a combination kitchen / living room with a second TV and sleeper sofa. The ocean view from the balcony is very nice and it was just a short walk to the beach itself. The unit is fully equipped with all the kitchenware, appliances, commodities and beach toys you would ever need for a week of Fun-n-Sun. There are even six bicycles that you can take on the beach or the local bike trails. The walking/biking trails are right across the street from the condo. How easy is that!! We were lucky to have good weather for most of our stay but on the days it rained we took advantage of the condos Roku streaming boxes to watch a few movies and catch up with email. The internet service provided is plenty fast and handled all our devices with ease. The unit is a little on the small side, approximately 560 sq ft but we did not mind it at all. By the end of the week, for the two of us, it felt like home. We highly recommend Sea Side Villa #143. Its modern, clean, affordable and in a really nice location close to many of Hilton Heads activities.

Lovely Condo and Location

We had a wonderful time here for a 4 night stay over our anniversary weekend. The condo was very clean and well stocked, and we really appreciated the chairs, umbrella, and cooler being available as we didn’t want to pack a ton of stuff for a short trip just for us two. (Also, we forgot entirely to even considering bringing those things. Ha.) The updates in the condo were lovely and made it a pleasant stay, and the information the owner provided was also very helpful. It was a short walk to the Coligny area where we had several dining options, and the walk from the condo to the beach was very convenient (just through the parking lot and you’re at the boardwalk). I will say that the beach was much busier than we expected, especially for the end of September, but if don’t have much stuff and want to walk .5-1.0 mile south, you’ll find it much less busy (we figured this out our last day). Regardless, we had a lovely time and highly recommend this particular condo.

Everything you need!

Irene made our stay extremely pleasant by giving us local’s insight and providing everything we could need for our stay, including beach toys, chairs, towels and blankets. The kitchen and bath are well stocked, and plenty of linens available. We did not get to avail ourselves of the bogey boards and bikes but plan to next time. The space is small but efficiently used and didn’t feel cramped. It’s decorated very cutely. The view is lovely and the beach is just a few steps away. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained. Our host communicated clearly and easily which we appreciated. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was very cute, updated, and clean! It was well stocked with everything we needed and more! The bed was comfy and I loved the rainforest shower! Irene was very responsive and helpful! She even texted us a time or two during our stay letting us know of fun things happening on the island we may enjoy! The condo is within walking distance to Coligny which has many restaurants to choose from and places to shop! There were several options for live music around Coligny as well! The owner provides several bikes. We had a great time biking and site seeing and didn’t have to move our vehicle until we packed up to leave. The “Tiki Hut” is a short walk and they have the best drinks! We also loved Amigos! The beach area was not overwhelmingly crowded since it is a little further down from the Coligny public access. The ocean view was a little farther than I wished but I knew this upfront because of the reviews and pictures. The pool and pool area was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Nice condo for a couple. It was nice that we did not have to bring beach chairs and it was close to the beach. We used the beach towels and was told to have them washed when we left. Laundry only used quarters which was a pain to try to find quarters.
