This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront villa is located in Palmetto Dunes and has direct ocean front views! The spacious main living area in 5406 Hampton Place includes sofa, TV and oceanfront balcony with plenty of seating for the entire family. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens to the living room and dining area which has seating for up to 8 people.

The master bedroom, just off the living room, features a king size bed, ocean view, flat screen television, private bath, and walk-in closet. The large master bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower. The guest bedroom, just off the kitchen, has one Queen and one Twin bed, balcony access with ocean views, a walk-in closet, and hall bath access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower and single vanity.

5406 Hampton Place is just a short bike ride or walk to golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants, and the Shelter Cove Marina. The open, park-like grounds of the complex feature a pool area and pavilion, spa tub and gas barbecue area, children’s pool, gazebo and deck, boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes. Guests at Hampton Place will also have access to a private fitness facility and sundeck.
