The pool and patio were perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The bedrooms were perfect for 10 people and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood was beautiful and perfect for biking. The walk to the beach was as stated, 10 minutes.

The house was amazing it had everything. Lots of bikes, pool toys, beach items. The kitchen was really big with anything you might need for cooking. There were 9 of us and we never felt cramped. It is a quick walk or bike ride to the beach!

No internet the entire stay

Check in was good, kitchen was good. We had no internet the entire stay so the owner refunded the money I had to pay, (100 of 105.00) for parking passes. All the rest of the family who stayed in Palmetto Dunes had parking passes that came with their units. In fact we got free parking passes with our units every year prior to this year. It was not a big deal, just kind of petty and should have been noted in the contract. That is actually an increase in cost.Also, the owner could have done a better job of getting the internet repaired, I had to call and text several times and the problem was never resolved. When Spectrum finally came Thursday day 6 of our stay, he determined the router was bad, the owner’s responsibility to replace.

The Best Family Time

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house very much! We were in the beautiful pool everyday. The restaurants we went to were awesome. We walked to the beach one day. Our kids rode bikes around the neighborhood. Wade, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. All 13 of us had a wonderful vacation.

Our second summer stay in this house! Had a great time, swimming in the pool, biking to the beach, fishing in the lake.. Although, the fish seemed a bit scarce this year.We all still had a ball! Full and well equipped open kitchen and extra garage frig for beverages! Pool, deck and patio are great for gathering.Owner who is very prompt to answer if you have a question or concern.Great home! You'll love it!

Amazing experience

We stayed at this house with a group of friends at the beginning of April 2025. Plenty of space and kitchen supplies for our group. The heated pool was perfect this time of year and used morning, day and night by our group! It was great!

HH Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the home. The location was perfect for our need, the house was nicely appointed and had everything we needed, the pool was generously heated and private, the bikes worked out well, and our grown kids had their privacy. We have come to HH for many years and this home is definitely one to consider for your vacation plans.

Fabulous!

As previous reviews have stated, Wade’s place is extremely spacious, comfortable & very well equipped. Our family of 8 had a great holiday & really appreciated all the extras, such as use of the bikes, pool toys & beach gear. The location is great & very quiet, & only a short cycle ride from Kroger’s supermarket, shops & also the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Vacation

First time staying at this property and it was excellent. The owner was terrific to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. It is a beautiful home and provided us with plenty of space to where all of us (5 adults) had our own private area while still enjoying time together. The entire home was well stocked with plenty of extras. We spent countless hours in the pool which was a perfect size and heated to our preference by the owner. The location was great in that it is centrally located on the island. Perfect place to stay on vacation! Much appreciation to the owner for an excellent stay!

Wonderful family vacation house....

8 adults, 7 kids, had a wonderful time at beach, pool and fishing in the lake directly behind the yard. House has an easy, smooth flow and a spacious working kitchen which is the heart of the home. It was unanimous, everyone wants to return to this house next year! Pool is great for kids of all ages.

My husband conquered cancer but has serious health issues We wanted a great house for a great gathering of the whole family. All expectations were generously met. Great spaces for the whole family to socialize . The pool was wonderful and made the whole week so fun. Loads of extras from so many bikes to beach equipment to a kitchen stocked with loads of equipment dishes and silverware. The 4 year old declared we were rich! The free shuttle came with an easy phone call to our door. Beaches were wonderful!. It is a lovely family neighborhood with lots of people walking dogs and biking in a gorgeous tree lined setting. It was a wonderful week that was a blessing to our family.
