The Space:

Escape to the coast for the ultimate spring or summer retreat—paradise is calling!



Nestled on the top floor of a newly renovated complex in the heart of Sea Pines, this bright and airy villa captures the essence of coastal living with its inviting beach-inspired decor. Elevator access ensures easy entry to the villa. The open-concept layout boasts a cozy living area with a plush sleeper sofa, two swivel chairs, and a Sharp flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a charming patio surrounded by treetops, offering peaceful wooded and golf course views.



The adjacent dining area features a rustic rectangular table that seats 6-8 people, illuminated by a stylish beach-inspired light fixture. A mirrored bar with speckled granite countertops and tall counters with bar seating for two seamlessly lead into the fully updated kitchen. This space is a chef’s dream, with light taupe tile backsplash, brushed nickel cabinet pulls, and modern appliances.



A convenient laundry room offers a full-sized washer and dryer and space for beach gear, ensuring all the comforts of home. The coastal-themed master suite includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath featuring speckled granite counters and a glass-doored walk-in shower with custom tile work.



The second bedroom continues the beach motif with two double beds and an entertainment center with a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom, complete with speckled granite and a tub/shower combination with stone tiles, carries the aquatic theme.



With its bright and breezy atmosphere, this villa is perfectly located for a quick bike ride to the best of Sea Pines’ attractions, including the beach, shopping, dining, and recreation, making it the ideal vacation getaway. Great place to stay for the Heritage Golf Tournament.
