4404 Windsor Court North is a fourth floor, one-bedroom oceanfront villa in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes. No detail has been spared in this villa, perfect for your Hilton Head Island vacation! One of the best one bedroom locations that comes with a protected balcony from the rain and direct sun, while still giving you great views of the ocean and pool area.

The front door has a stained glass window pane with colorful fish on it welcoming you to this spacious villa. The beautiful tiled floors that begin in the foyer and go throughout almost look like you are walking on the beach. This villa is tastefully decorated with lots of beach accents.

Immediately to the left of the entrance is the bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster and new stackable washer/dryer. There are two bar stools at the breakfast bar – a great place to enjoy a drink while the chef prepares your meal. The dining area has a wooden dining table set for four surrounded by mirrored walls.

The comfortable, ocean décor living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, accent chair, and 55” LCD Smart TV with DVR. The sliding glass doors lead out to a covered balcony where there is a round wicker table that seats four and a lounge chair. You can see the community pool and ocean and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The master suite has a king-size bed, 42” LCD TV, DVD and a spacious private bath with a single vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. There is also access to the balcony from this room as well.
A great feature of staying at Windsor Court North is that you have access to the large pool, lounge chairs, kiddie pool, hot tub, playground, and grilling area. Most importantly, you have the boardwalk to the beach just steps from your condo to make going from beach to pool to condo to beach (or whatever order you choose), easy as can be!
