Location great but mold issue

You cant beat the location, walk to beach, the grounds are beautiful and pool was fun. Condo nicely decorated. But maintenance issues. Hall bathroom lock didnt work and the master bedroom deck lock was impossible. The worst was the mold issue in the hall bath caused the whole place to smell and cause allergies. They are aware of the issue because they have a dry water bag hanging in the bathroom and the pictures and mirror had mold on them Had to sleep with windows open so that we werent sick in the morning. They also had cheap air fresheners all over to try and cover up the smell. Dont rent if you are bothered by mold!
