302 Barrington Arms is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath villa located in Palmetto Dunes. With breathtaking views of the landscaped grounds, lagoons, and the Atlantic Ocean. The living room has a sofa with queen size sleeper and loveseat to match, plus a 32 inch flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The living room has direct ocean views and access to the balcony with a table and chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has new black appliances, gorgeous granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar for two. The dining room has seating for six and, with walls of mirrors, makes this room very inviting.

The master bedroom features a king bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and a balcony that is shared with the living room, and a newly renovated private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and a partial ocean and lagoon view, and a hall bath with a combination tub/shower. Granite counter tops in both bathrooms enhance the overall ambiance of this upscale villa.
