216 Cordillo Parkway is a luxurious pet-friendly home just outside of Sea Pines. Guests have the convenience of being a 6-minute walk to the beach and can utilize Sea Pines amenities, something that makes this property unique to others in South Forest Beach. This home sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a private pool, a ping pong table, an outdoor kitchen, and more! Please see a full list of rooms and amenities offered below.

The first level of this home features 1 bedroom and the main entertainment area. The open floor plan makes it easy to stay connected. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a gas range with breakfast bar seating. The living room features a sleeper sofa just off the dining room with easy access to the patio! A half bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located on this floor as well. The screened-in patio has ceiling fans for added comfort and overlooks the pool. Heading back inside, the first bedroom is located towards the front of the house. Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed and ensuite with a shower/tub combo.

Just up the stairs, the second level of this home features 3 primary suites. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, a screened-in porch, and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 also features a king-sized bed with an ensuite that has a shower/tub combo. Lastly, bedroom 4 features 1 queen-sized bed and 1 twin/twin bunk bed with access to the screened-in porch. This bedroom also has an ensuite with a shower/tub combo.

This home was made for outdoor entertaining. The fenced-in backyard features a private pool, outdoor shower and a spacious outdoor kitchen. Guests can go for a swim or relax at the bar and watch TV while the food is on the grill. Just off the outdoor kitchen is a half bathroom and guests can enter the garage to play a round of ping pong. Guests are within a 6-minute walk of the beach and can enjoy all that South Forest Beach has to offer!

Great family vacation

This was a great place and location. It is only a 5-10 min walk to the beach or you can ride bikes. You can run/walk/bike to the Coligny area. The pool was great and it was cleaned regularly. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The screened in porch/deck was great during an afternoon rain. Maybe the best part was that we could pick our days which did not coincide with the Sunday to Saturday week. Loved it! Highly recommend it!

Amazing home, amazing location

We stayed at this home during our three-generation family vacation. Spacious home with plenty of seating so everyone could enjoy meals together--inside or outside. Short walk to Sea Pines for beautiful private beaches and walking/biking trails. The bedrooms were spacious and no one had to share a bathroom (amazing when you're traveling with very young adults who take a while to get ready). Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation!

Not what I expected

The house is in a great location however much older then I anticipated. Kitchen cabinets are falling off, the sliding glass door in the dining room would not even open and the sink in the master bedroom upstairs would not stop dripping - enough that you could hear it all night.

Perfect for us

This property was exactly what our family was looking for. It has 4 large bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, a screened in porch where we played board games, and an outdoor pool and bar area that was enjoyed by all. We could not have asked for a better location. Only negative, very minor, it was low on kitchen utensils.

5 minute walk to beach

The walk to the beach was awesome super walkable. The beach wasn’t very densely populated and was perfect for everyone to spread out. The house was also big and very easy to spread out and not be on top of each other.

Beautiful home

This home was spacious, well-stocked kitchen, and provided plenty of towels. The company was prompt in responding to our concerns. However, we discovered the beach was about a 10-minute walk away. Owners need to address concerns about the dryer not working. Overall our family was able to create great memories here.

Beautiful location BUT needs updated/fixed

To start, the location and size of this home were great. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. The house was a very short drive to the beach and about a 15 minute walk if there’s no parking. The problems were that when we arrived, it was clear that the cleaning job was rushed. We took time to clean the kitchen countertops and some sweeping before finding chip crumbs on the living room coffee table. We decided to call to ask if the place had really been cleaned or just had the towels replaced and beds made. When I called, they sent someone out which would have been okay if she didn’t simply stand around and asked out to point out specific spots to clean. It was a bit awkward for us and a bit awkward for her I am sure. So we just asked her to clean an area that she mentioned most people don’t use so that’s probably why it wasn’t cleaned and she cleaned cobwebs out of one of the two grills. The other big problem was the very shoty electricity. Of note was one bedroom that had only one half of the lights that did not work and the inability to turn on the flood lights over the patio so we could enjoy the pool after 8pm. There were multiple switches for this in the house that we attempted different combinations with to no avail. I was called 3 days into our 4 day stay and by then, our group didn’t want to feel awkward again so we let the lights go. Overall the place could be great, but it needs some work.
