1883 Beachside Tennis located in the Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head is a beautifully decorated 5th floor corner penthouse villa. It offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound. Guests will enjoy sitting out on the balcony basking in the sun or watching dolphins playing in the water. Located just steps from the beach, the newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa offers great bedroom separation for plenty of privacy.

The updated kitchen features tile flooring, stainless steel appliances with a flat top stove, and a breakfast bar. The dining area offers a secluded view of the Calibogue Sound and the beautiful pine trees that surround the property. The living room has a large flat panel TV with HDTV and Blu-Ray player, sleeper sofa, and access to a wraparound balcony. Step outdoors and take in the breeze as you overlook the gorgeous grass yard with lush tropical landscaping and a spectacular ocean view.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, a flat screen HDTV, and a view of the ocean as well as the Calibogue Sound.
