Overall not bad but some issues. The upstairs televisions kept loosing the wifi connection. The last night the front bedroom set did not connect for the entire evening.
Also some of the electrical plugs did not work and one of the bedroom clocks did not have a power cord.

Accurate as described. We had a wonderful time . The unit was close to the beech and pool as well as being in a very quiet area of Shipyards. We would definitely consider renting this unit again on our next visit to Hilton Head. One suggestion is to have oven mitts as part of the kitchen equip.

Great location with easy beach access, and right across from the pool. Only one issue which is minor since we spent most of our time on the beach or at the pool. Cable tv service was spotty and had to reset cable box multiple times

Great community, close to beach!
This is a wonderful property in a nice, gated community where you feel comfortable allowing your kids to roam and ride bikes on the many trails. Beach is an easy walk, with access via the community’s beach club or via one of the many pathways to other areas of the beach. Parking is limited at the club access point but we’d load up the car, drop off our chairs, umbrellas, etc. and then the driver would return to the condo and walk over - 15 minutes, max. HHI is exceedingly bikeable and we spent a lot of time in and out of the immediate community on the bikes we rented with our vacation gear credit. The unit itself has an electric grill and adequate kitchen, and we appreciated the dual level set-up so that we could wind down the kids and still have adult time in the evening. Pool is right next to the unit and a great alternative to the beach for a quick dip at the beginning or end of the day. The property is very conveniently located proximal to Coligny Plaza, which is a hub for shops, restaurants and other entertainment. Highly recommended!
