10 Swing About is beautifully decorated creating a calm and relaxing beach getaway.

With hardwood floors throughout the main living spaces, the living room has a 43" SMART TV, large sectional sofa and side chair - great for gathering the entire family. Just off the living room is the dining room, with seating for 6. The Carolina room, just off the dining area, has a 50" SMART TV and access to the back deck. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with a gas cook top for the truly passionate chef.

The master bedroom, located at the end of the hall, has a king size bed, 50" SMART TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The first of two guest bedrooms features a queen size bed, 43" SMART TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second has two full size beds, 50" SMART TV and an en-suite bathroom.

Head outside and enjoy the peaceful ambiance created by the wonderful greenery surrounding the back yard and pool area. Just follow the stone pathway off the back deck to your own private oasis.

Great House

Overall, the house was great. It was clean, larger than we thought from the pictures, very nice linens and furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen was adequate. We like to cook and while there were containers for leftovers, many of the lids were missing. We had trouble with the striker on the gas stove. It continued to strike even after the buner was lit or multiple burners tried to strike but wouldn't light. We called Beach Properties about 2 PM. They sent a repair person out the next afternoon and he said the burner covers were on the wrong burners. He moved them around and all seemed fine but the next day the stove was doing the same thing. We just used the brand new grill with a side burner. There were beach chairs and pool floats in the garage. The $200 beach credit was a little tricky. My advice, place the order as soon as you get there. The rentals seem to be by the week, not by the day and we waited until the next day to get the items delivered. Access/parking to the beach was easy if you arrived by 10:30. After that the parking lot was full. The beach itself was very nice. There were a lot of people there but it was never crowded. In the end, I would stay in the house again.

Beautiful spacious house

I loved everything about this house. The lay out makes the home feel bigger than it is. Lots of bright light from the windows and sky light. The furniture is very comfortable. The neighborhood is beyond beautiful. Beach Properties runs a first class rental company. WE stayed for two weeks. I wish I could stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, the house was very comfortable. We loved the location. Minor issues were problems with freezer, ice maker did not work, would not dispense ice or water. Necessary to buy ice and water. We were disappointed with the pool due to the uncleanliness. There was debris at the bottom and top the entire week of stay. It appears pool was not cleaned prior to arrival or during stay. This caused us not to want to swim after we had specifically booked a house with a pool. Kitchen could be better equipped for families that enjoy cooking.

The property was just as described, though the pool could have been a bit cleaner. The trees allowed quite a bit of debris but at least there was a net to clean it out. We would defiantly stay here again. Thank You

Perfect House & Location

The house was incredible clean and has fantastic space for our family. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this property and it was perfect for afternoon swims with the kids. We took our bikes down to The General Store for breakfast and for short rides to the beach. We will certainly stay at this property again!
