Con vistas tranquilas alrededor de esta casa adosada de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños ubicada en el complejo Huntington de Palmetto Dunes Resort, ¡es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la región rural!



Abra la puerta de un vestíbulo luminoso, entre en la sala de estar del techo de la catedral con dos sofás y dos sillones, un televisor de pantalla plana / DVD y una gran ventana que da a una porción del sistema de lagunas de 11 millas. El comedor contiguo tiene ventanas en las esquinas, una mesa con capacidad para 6 o más y 4 taburetes en un mostrador de comedor / servicio que está abierto a la cocina. Hay una terraza junto a la sala de estar donde puede sentarse y disfrutar de la brisa de Lowcountry y las vistas al agua.



La alegre cocina totalmente equipada, cuenta con electrodomésticos renovados, un armario de despensa y un fregadero de estilo agrícola listo para ayudar a preparar su próxima comida familiar. Fuera del comedor hay un porche con mosquitero y una puerta que conduce a los jardines.



Justo al lado de la cocina se encuentra el dormitorio principal, que tiene una cama King, una gran ventana, una puerta al porche con mosquitero y un amplio baño privado con doble lavabo y una enorme ducha.



El segundo dormitorio en el primer piso tiene dos camas individuales y un televisor de pantalla plana, así como acceso privado a la cubierta de la sala de estar. Encontrará un segundo baño con una ducha de pie mientras recorre el pasillo, así como un armario del pasillo equipado con una lavadora y secadora apiladas para su conveniencia.


Al llegar al segundo piso, ingresa a una segunda sala de estar con un lujoso sofá seccional, TV de pantalla plana / DVD. Genial para los niños de la familia.


Justo al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el tercer dormitorio con una cama King, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado. El último dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, un televisor de pantalla plana, vestidor, tocador y baño privado con ducha / bañera.

La piscina y el jacuzzi se calientan en octubre, noviembre, marzo y abril; La bañera de hidromasaje se calienta durante todo el año, excepto en el mes de enero.

Perfect family time

Had a great time being with family and stayed at a gorgeous house. The property owners and Sunset were great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern home - perfect for a family or girls trip

The home was clean, modern and spacious. The layout was perfect for a girls trip (or would be for a family too). The rooms were big, we never felt on top of each other, there were plenty of spaces to gather (the main room, the screened in porch, the breakfast nook). The kitchen was very well stocked - even had tubberware! It was so easy to check-in; the whole experience was so hassle free.

Lovely home

Lovely, comfortable and spacious home that is in a great location next to the lagoon, close to the pool and with a beach access a few minutes away. The online pictures accurately display the home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need for cooking (pots, pans, etc.) We would come here again.

Perfect Birthday Getaway

We love Hilton Head Island and have stayed at many places since 1984 and this place rates at the top ... it was just perfect for our family!! Great location ... nice ‘n clean ... problem free!! We especially loved the covered screened-in deck, extra TV area, short walk to the beach and the heated pool!! It was our 19-month old granddaughter’s first trip to a beach and she had a blast!! We all brought home many wonderful memories!! Will return!!

Outstanding Property

This is an amazing property! The house is beautiful, spacious, and updated. Lots and lots of room with plenty of seating. We are 8 retired RN’s who’ve been friends for 50 years. Cleanliness is important to us and this house more than met our expectations. It is across the parking lot from a community pool & spa. Quiet neighborhood. Had to drive for beach access. Great location for restaurants, etc. Definitely would return.

Ladies Getaway

Property was one of the better ones I have rented in HH. Everything was updated and not cheaply either. Bathrooms all updated with top notch fixtures. Beds were good and not broken down. Would come back here again for sure. Love Palmetto Dunes location.

Great Home

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The home is well decorated, clean and comfortable. It is located by the community pool and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had 4 couples so we converted both rooms with twin beds into king beds. My only wish would have been for a larger dining table. With 8 adults it was a little tight. I have traveled with this group for a few years now and this home was one of our favorites. We all loved this home and its location and very sad to leave.

Loved our rental!

This is our 3rd summer vacationing in HHI. First time renting through Sunset rentals and it certainly won’t be our last! The communication and check in process was wonderful! We loved staying in this Huntington villa. It was perfect for our group of 8. Very clean and comfortable, eye sight to pool, and short walk to the beach! We hope to rent this exact property again in the future!

Absolutely the best

Everything was perfect. All issues were addressed that we were not even aware of. It was reported that the ceiling fan was not working. Management reported it to us and resolved the issue. This was my first time to Hilton Head and I look forward to returning.

Great place to stay for two families, both with young children. Privacy and plenty of space but still able to stay together. Short walk to beach-our kids ranged from 2-12 and all tolerated walk fine even after a hot day at beach. Pool close and clean. Will stay here again hopefully.

Great location!

We had a great week at this spacious villa which was a 5 minute walk from the beach. Very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and eat in. There was also a grill. We look forward to coming back.

Hunnington Stay

We were vaisiting Hilton Head for the state tennis championships and the home was fantastic! Lots of open space, beautiful repurposed art pieces and furniture throughout the house. and a bathroom for every bedroom!! When you have all women that is a huge plus. When we return, we will definitely stay here.
