Gracefully remodeled 1940's cottage has views in every room. Pasture land & mature trees, ducks land on the nearby pond & deer graze in the fields. Relaxing in our 3 bedroom/2 bath home is easy w/ hardwood floors, WiFi, smart tvs, AC, ceiling fans in all bdrms, stocked kitchen, laundry, front & back porches, large en suite master bedroom. 2 Queen bdrms share 1 full bath. Just 6 mins to dwntwn Hillsborough, 15 mins to Durham or Chapel Hill, & 25 mins to RDU.
