Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. The house is not shared with anyone else.
You’ll be able to fully enjoy the main apartment, the bungalow, and the suite, as well as the common areas like the pool, shaded garden, terraces, and BBQ grill. Everything is designed to help you relax and feel at home—just steps from the ocean.
Other things to note
Casa Olas Litibú is an authentic beach house, located just a few meters from the sea. By staying here, you’ll be immersed in a true coastal environment — with the ocean breeze, the constant sound of the waves, and the natural conditions of a seaside climate.

The property is not entirely flat; there are stairs to access both the bungalow and the suite. While it’s a safe and family-friendly space, we recommend caution with small children, especially due to the stairs and large windows.

The pool is maintained on scheduled days. If you prefer not to have the service during your stay, you can request it; however, the water may lose some clarity or collect natural debris.

Although the house is not located directly on the sand, you only need to cross the street to reach the beach. There is another house in front that is beachfront, but Casa Olas still offers beautiful ocean views and the refreshing Pacific breeze all day long.
