Welcome to Whiteside Villa Elevation: 4850 feet!

Location, Location, Location! Contact me now to get on waiting list! Spectacular, panoramic mountain view of three states (North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia). This luxury home is located on Wildcat Ridge (above Wildcat Country Club in Highlands, North Carolina) on top of Whiteside Mountain (one of the oldest mountains in the world). It is the highest home in the area, placed right next to forest service land for additional privacy and easy access to hiking trails. PLEASE email me if you don't see immediate availability. Our home has every convenience: Smart TVs, Tivo, Blu-Ray, Dvd players in the living room and three bedrooms. Premium cable and high speed, wireless Internet in the home and on the decks. Showers with at least two shower heads and excellent water pressure. Two-person jacuzzi tub with panoramic views. Numerous decks with a variety of patio furniture. Weber grill and outdoor fireplace. Enclosed garage. Central heating and AC as well as ceiling fans. All modern appliances and spacious laundry room. TempurPedic and Heavenly beds. Automatic generator. Delicious privacy.

The house is fully stocked (towels, linens, soap, toilet tissue, garbage bags, paper towels, cleaning agents, etc.). The refrigerator has purified water. Unlimited long distance calls within Continental US.

All rental income goes directly to maintaining and improving the home, and improvements are made every year.

The property location is priceless. Truly priceless. We rent the home so that we can keep it in the family for many generations.

Minimum stay is seven nights. Stays are Friday to Friday (check in at 3:00pm; check out at 9:00am).

Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons.
