Great house as pictures show in a great location close to downtown Highlands. House was very clean with plenty of clean towels, bathroom essentials, and the kitchen is well stocked for light cooking and eating in. THe basement was great for movie and football watching and gametime. The hot tub was immaculate and very relaxing. This is a great house with so much character; woodwork, kitchen island, sitting area in living room and outside deck, a great functional space for relaxed living. Well done. My only negative is the driveway, it is roller coaster like in some places getting to the property. Take it very SLOW. Also, when leaving the driveway, there is a blind spot to the left at the street exit. Not sure what the trick is but be VERY CAREFUL WHEN EXITING.

This cabin is roomy, comfortable and clean. It also was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would suggest that the listing mention the spiral staircase access to the lower level. With 4 70 adults and an older dog it was challenging. As weather is unpredictable, it was cold, windy and heavy rains during our stay. Sadly, we couldn’t take advantage of the fire pit. The house is very cozy and the gas fireplace was a bonus. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed it several times in spite of the weather! I would recommend this cabin overall.

We loved this adorable cabin! My husband and I went with two other couples and it was the perfect size. The main level was so cozy with the fireplace and deck and the basement was a great place to hang out and play games. Would definitely rent again!

Wedding trip
Really nice house. Lays out nicely with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Hot tub was nice but didn’t get to use as much as I wanted to. Wedding stuff in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Driveway is a little tough to maneuver but I got better. Overall a great house close to town. Thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks

Absolutely Perfect
It's rare to find a rental unit that is so packed with amenities but also manages to keep the feel of an authentic, cozy mountain cabin. We were lucky enough to find just that at this property.
After exploring downtown Highlands and some trails during the day, which are both only a few miles away, my wife and I would come back to the cabin and relax on the porch, while the kids excitedly headed downstairs to the game room and entertained themselves, until it was time to grill out for dinner.
The kitchen was so well-stocked with seasonings, utensils, pots/pans, etc. that all we really needed to bring was the food to cook.
Also, the hot tub being under a covered part of the porch was a great bonus when the rain came.
In summary; clean, stellar amenities, perfect location, comfortable beds and a bathroom on each floor.
We can't wait to come back.
