Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under 12 Years.. These two beautiful cottages, Knoll Cottage (ref UK31171) and East Cottage (ref UKC4432) have been renovated to a high standard and are just the place you need to be for a romantic getaway. Originally dating back to the 1500’s the cottages have lots of features. They are next to a public footpath which leads to the National Trust area of Brent Knoll, with Brent Knoll Hill, that is perfect for walkers, where the views are stunning. Just 3 miles away from the Somerset coast and in easy reach to the mystical village of Glastonbury and one of the smallest cities in England, Wells, with its breath-taking cathedral and bishop’s palace. The wonders of the Cheddar caves and gorge are not far either, and for shopping enthusiasts, there is Clark Village Designer Outlet close by, and of course Bristol and Bath with their great shops and eateries are less than an hour away. Beach 3 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Such an amazing little cottage. Every little detail had been thought about. Lots of extras you wouldn’t normally find. Impeccable decorated and very cosy. Lovely outdoor space to sit in the sun and the Hot tub was such a treat.

Lovely quiet situation and very close to amenities.

Lovely quiet situation and very close to amenities. The property is very well appointed and has lovely views. There are some beautiful nearby villages and East Brent is very pretty but does lack a local shop. However there are two community run shops; one in Lympsham and one in Brent Knoll which supply many basics plus newspapers and are about a 40 minute walk (pleasant walk) or 10 minute drive. A very lovely property in a very lovely part of England
