Alles in Allem geht's so

Es war alles sauber. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. 2 Dinge bleiben bei bei uns aber negativ hängen: 1. Die Sauna ist nicht Teil der Wohnung, sondern ist Teil einer anderen Wohnung. Das heißt die Mieter müssen sich untereinander absprechen. Ich persönlich fände es nicht gut wenn Andere mein Bad mit benutzen (müssen). Zudem ist dies in der Anzeige nicht klar beschrieben. 2. Im Schlafzimmer gab es massiven Kleidermotten Befall. Schon bei Bezug haben wir 14 Motten entfernt. An jedem Folgetag weitere 5. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass sei nicht bekannt und wir sollten das beobachten. Naja: Entweder wurde bei der Vorbereitung der Wohnung schlecht geschaut oder das Problem wurde bewusst verschwiegen. Beides nicht sehr positiv. Wir haben jedenfalls alle Koffer und Kleidung außerhalb des Schlafzimmers deponiert, um die Motten nicht einzuschleppen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber ok gewesen. Die Lage ist super: 2 Minuten zum Laden, 10 Minuten zum Strand. Auch Kloster an sich ist sehr idyllisch und die Insel wunderschön.
