The Woodhall Park collection comprises of four luxury properties: our grand Georgian manor 'Garden House' and the adjacent cosy Beehives Cottage, along with family-friendly Bridge House, the newest addition to our portfolio Ware Lodge. Sleeping up to 20 in ten bedrooms, the four properties are located in stunning grounds surrounded by majestic trees, historic gardens and parklands and provide the perfect tranquil base for you to explore nearby towns, villages and attractions.

The space
Woodhall Park is home to our historic Walled Gardens where you will find the majestic Georgian Manor House, 'Garden House' sleeping up to 8 people across 4 bedrooms. A short 2 minute stroll away is our quaint and cosy retreat 'Beehives Cottage', this home sleeps up to 4 people across 2 bedrooms. Bridge House, with modern comforts is designed especially with families in mind this home can sleep up to 5 people across 2 bedrooms, lastly the newest property to our portfolio is Ware Lodge, a beautiful 2 bedroom home with stunning views across the parkland sleeping up to 3 guests.

During your stay, be sure to take a moment to enjoy the 18th century Walled Gardens. As a guest of Woodhall Park, you’ll have exclusive access to this tranquil space, where you can unwind and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Wander along the peaceful paths, savour the fresh air, or find a secluded spot for a picnic amid vibrant blooms. When the day draws to a close, take a short stroll up to Sunset Hill, where you’ll be rewarded with breath-taking views of the sunset casting a warm glow over the picturesque Walled Gardens—a truly magical experience to end your day.

1 large feature family bathroom with roll top bath, walk in shower, toilet & double basins.

The 5th bed is a small cabin style bed built into an alcove with vaulted ceiling and would be suitable for children and small adults only.

Garden House, Beehives Cottage, Ware Lodge and Bridge House are historic properties. Garden House has steps leading up to the main front door and all have stairs leading to the bedrooms and family bathrooms. There are also gravel driveways to all properties. Unfortunately, neither Garden House, Beehives Cottage, Ware Lodge or Bridge House are suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility.

We welcome well-behaved dogs. Please contact us if you would like more information on bringing your four-legged friend(s) to stay.

Woodhall Estate enforces a strict "no parties" policy across all of its accommodation options. This means that gatherings typically associated with loud music, large groups, or celebrations—such as hen or stag parties—are not permitted. This policy is in place to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests and neighbours.

Woodhall Estate reserves the right to cancel your booking or request that you vacate the premises if you are found to be in breach of the accommodation rules. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of the "no parties" policy, unauthorised gatherings, or any conduct that disrupts the peaceful environment of the estate.

Please note that a pre-authorisation is required on all bookings at Woodhall Park. This means that a hold may be placed on your credit or debit card for a specified amount before your stay. The pre-authorisation is not a charge, but it temporarily reserves funds to cover any potential incidentals or damages during your visit. The held amount will be released after your stay, provided no additional charges are incurred.

A member of the Woodhall Park team will contact you directly to complete the pre-authorisation process for your booking.

This Listing is for both Garden House, Beehives Cottage, Ware Lodge and Bridge House and is listed as one rental.

Please note that the cellar and attic space in Garden House are not accessible during your stay.
