entspanntes verlängertes Wochenende

Ankunft optimal mit Empfang und Wohnungsübergabe. Die Zimmer und die Einrichtung haben uns gefallen. Das Wetter war mäßig, aber die Wohnung war wohlig warm, und wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Für unsere Hunde war es herrlich.

Sehr schönes und entspanntes Wochenende

Wir hatten mit Freunden einen Wochenendtrip gebucht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und die An und Abreise sehr unkompliziert. Als Unterkunft auch für 9 Personen sehr zu empfehlen.

Superschöner Aufenthalt

Absolut gepflegtes, liebevoll dekorierte Areal der Anlage. Obwohl es zunächst schwer ist, zu glauben, aber man ist in jedem Haus für sich. Nachbarn sind nicht einsehbar, weil die Bebauung der Häuser clever angeordnet ist. Die Vermieter (Fam. Kaiser mit Hund Jackson) sind absolut unkompliziert, freundlich und unterhaltsam. Dennoch herrscht eine gewisse Konsequenz, die Häuser sauber zu halten. Aber das möchte man eben auch haben, wenn man ein Haus als neuer Urlauber übernimmt. Wir hatten noch ein Hundli dabei. Es wird geschaut, dass der Hund keinen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlässt, aber steril muss er auch nicht sein. Wir haben im Haus selbst kein einziges Überbleibsel eines anderen Hundes gesehen. Es ist sehr ruhig dort,schöne Spaziergänge. Man benötigt ein Auto zum Wegkommen, aber wer die Ruhe schätzt, ist hier gut dran. Gesamtwertung ergibt 100% Daumen hoch.

Feriendomizil war so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben

Heike Kaiser war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da wir in alle Altersgruppen verreist waren, ist ein Bad schon bissle wenig. Eine extra Toilette wäre da sehr von Vorteil. Bei Herrn Kaiser hatten wir den Eindruck, dass er immer in großer Eile war, somit kam da kein Gespräch zu Stande. So war es beim Ein - und Auschecken.

Perfekt zum Abschalten

Wir, eine kleine Gruppe von Brettspielbegeisterten Nerds, waren in der zweiten Pfingstferienwoche in der Kaiser's Landhaus Ferienwohnung. Die Buchung und der Empfang vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben es uns ein bisschen komplizierter vorgestellt, aber das hat sich vor Ort wie gesagt als sehr einfach erwiesen. Die Einrichtung ist sauber und geräumig, wir 7 Schlachtschiffe hatten genügend Platz, ohne uns ständig auf die Füße treten zu müssen. Die Anlage im Außenbereich ist ebenfalls super. Wir Kellerkinder gedachten anfangs, diese nur zum Grillen und abschalten zu verwenden, stattdessen haben wir die überwiegende Zeit draußen verbracht. Im Inneren war es kühl und angenehm, die Austattung vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten vergessen Grillkohle fürs Grillen zu kaufen... Herr Kaiser hat uns dann seine eigene zur Verfügung gestellt - top! Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und konnten uns ungestört unserem liebsten Hobby widmen. Der einzige Punkt - und das ist jetzt Jammern auf hohem Niveau - den man verbessern könnte, ist der W-Lan Empfang im hinteren Teil der Ferienwohnung. Wer also ein paar ruhige, entspannte Tage verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Uns hat es zumindest sehr gut gefallen.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr charmant. Die Besitzern sind sehr nett und freundlich. Es gibt genug Platz in innere und aussen Bereich. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit Gartenmöbel. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!

Nette Vermieter, schöne ländliche Lage mit Kultur in der Nähe

Die Ferienwohnungen von Familie Kaiser liegen sehr schön ländlich, Wald und Feld sind fußläufig erreichbar, daher ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Gleichzeitig sind kleinere und größere Städte in 30 bis 60 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Kaiser läuft sehr gut, die Vermieter stehen ihren Gästen mit Rat und Tipps zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für einen Urlaub mit 6 Personen schön geräumig, der Garten ist hübsch angelegt und lädt zum grillen und verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Rund um wie beschrieben und sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terasse

Die Wohnung innen ist zwar ien bisschen eng, aber man verbringt die Meiste Zeit sowieso auf der schönen großen Terasse draussen. An der Schönen Feuerstelle mit Schwenkgrill kann man abends schön zusammensitzen und essen amchen. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch schön und bieten genug Raum. Vermieter sehr nett. Auch für Kinder geeignet.
