The kitchen, though compact includes all essential amenities, a microwave, and infrared stove top, highlighted by a premium espresso machine, and selection of quality, coffee beans, syrups, and teas.

The combined living and dining area includes a comfortable sectional sofa that transforms into a pullout bed, perfect for accommodating a larger group or family.
The live-edge wood table provides a practical surface for meals, projects or remote work sessions. The table is positioned near the window to maximize natural light during the day and offers a full view of the backyard.

For connectivity, Starlink Wi-Fi ensures reliable, high-speed Internet access, ideal for remote work, streaming or video calls.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, and a 40 inch wall-mounted, extendable smart TV. The loft area above serves as a second sleeping area, also with a king size bed and a 32 inch smart TV, and includes a small play corner with some children’s toys and books. ( BYO streaming logins for the TV)

Phenomenal sunset spot with a wooden bench to relax on, and unwind in nature. To get there, follow the small hiking trail beginning at the back end of the tiny home and continuing up the hill.
* Warning!!* The hill may be slippery in wet or cold conditions.
• The trail length is about 250 ft.

* Consider bringing a white noise machine as the roof is metal and can provide a relaxing, but noisy experience during a rain storm.

* During the spring and summer warm months you can expect to see some bugs outside, and in rare cases inside, however, we eliminate the potential to have insects inside by regular treatments, and outside we keep a bug zapper which attracts and distracts them from entering the patio area, which should keep things mostly bug free.
