Photo exterieure mensongère

Extérieur difficilement reconnaissable par rapport à l'annonce. Pas de beau jardin verdoyant. Photo idyllique remontant à quelques années. Terrain en chantier pour construction d'un bâtiment à côté de la location. Pas d'exterieur, (balcon, terrasse ou jardin). Le petit balcon du duplex est réservé à la location voisine. Vue sur un grand mur avec antenne et le bâtiment en construction. Le propriétaire nous offre la location du linge et le ménage en compensation des nuisances qui pour lui n'en sont pas... sinon appartement confortable mais pas ultra propre au niveau cuisine (hotte, papier qui se decolle) des interrupteurs. Très decevant.

superbe location

trop court moment pour vraiment tester la location , vu que nous n'avons fait que dormir . ( journées consacrées à crapahuter sur le festival cidre et dragon ) mais nous gardons l adresse pour y revenir un vrai weekend histoire de bien profiter du lieu

Horrible a fuir

Nous sommes restés 15 minures et nous avons cherché en urgence un autre logement : fenêtre ouverte alors qu'il a plu toute la journee du coup plein d'eau dans la maison, une température avoisinant les 12 degrés. Porte du four defoncee evier cassé toile d'araignée dans les passages de portes, tiroir casse, set de table effiloches, douche avec joints moisis et une odeur d'egout, une odeur de chien mouillé dans toute la maison et pour courroner le tout une enorme antenne relais devant le jardin. En regardant les photos on s'apercoit qu'elles sont prises pour cacher tous les defauts. Quand on avertit le propriétaire que l'on part au vue de l'etat deplorable de son logement la seule reponse est le client est roi. Lamentable. Tres peu dz chance que l'on repasse par abritel, pas tres serieux comme site.

Appartement propre, agréable et bien situé

Notre séjour a été agréable, malgré un petit changement de dernière minute dû a un problème de plomberie dans l’appartement que nous avions loué. Du coup, au lieu de deux lits doubles, nous n’en avons eu qu’un alors que nous étions deux couples. Nous avons donc dormi séparément dans deux petits lits. Nous nous en sommes accommodé, mais ça nous a gêné un peu. Mis à part ça, rien à redire…

Une très mauvaise surprise et de mauvais goût!

L'accueil se résumera en une clef dans une serrure. Pas de propriétaire pour vous faire visiter le gîte et vous fournir les explications adéquates. Si vous souhaitez en savoir davantage, il faut correspondre par courriel ou lui téléphoner, à condition qu'il daigne répondre. Aucun manuel explicatif sur l'électroménager, le wi-fi, le téléviseur, etc. Aucune brochure touristique sur les alentours. L'ameublement ne correspond pas aux photos et au descriptif donné sur le site. Ne vous y trompez pas. La photo du jardin peut faire illusion. L'environnement est beaucoup moins bucolique. L'immeuble se situe en effet le long d'une grand-route plutôt bien fréquentée dont les fenêtres d'origine vous donneront immédiatement une perception sonore objective. L'équipement est assez sommaire pour un gîte se vantant d'accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Dans le séjour, un divan 3 places (maximum). Et des chaises pour les autres! Concernant les repas, envisagez le restaurant. C'est plus sage! Une grande casserole et une poêle en tout et pour tout. Appelez donc le proprio qui vous informera qu'une 2e poêle se cache dans l'armoire du séjour. Que n'y avez-vous pas pensé? Le lave-vaisselle n'est d'aucune utilité car les assiettes, verres et couverts sont en nombre tellement chiche qu'il faut les laver continuellement pour assurer le repas suivant. La salle de bain est configurée dans un couloir de +/- 1*4 mètres au bout duquel apparaîtront les WC qui, pour les gros gabarits, se pratiquent peu aisément. Pas d'extracteur d'air pour la douche et, cerise sur le gâteau, une petite odeur de gaz émanant de la cuisine attenante. Donc, obligation d'entrouvrir les fenêtres en plein automne! Le bâtiment et le gîte ont été restaurés à la petite "bricole". Ça et là, des taches d'humidité sur les murs, la porte donnant sur le balcon n'a pas de poignée extérieure, vitrage cassé, etc. Un radiateur fuit? Que cela ne tienne! Un petit bol recueille l'eau perdue. La décoration est assez impersonnelle et manque de chaleur. Le nettoyage à notre arrivée avait été réalisé superficiellement (ex: vitres sales, poussières, saletés sous le divan, etc.). Bref, si vous souhaitez vivre un séjour agréable sans être "encombré(s)" par une série de problèmes techniques à résoudre, passez rapidement votre chemin! Malgré les contacts que nous avons tenté d'établir avec le propriétaire, nous ne l'avons jamais rencontré. Nous attendons toujours sa réponse à nos remarques.
