The holiday apartment has a spacious furnished living room, an open, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The holiday home also has a lounge, a sauna and a ski room. You can park directly at the house.

The holiday home is located in the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia and is not far from the Italian border, 20 minutes from a jump into Lake Presseggersee and in an hour you can be in Slovenia.

Experience an unforgettable vacation in this alpine retreat! The versatile Nassfeld ski area in the Sun Ski World offers 110 kilometers of slopes of all levels of difficulty and the proximity to Italy makes this ski area in Carinthia a tip for everyone who wants to feel the Italian holiday feeling, and not just in summer.

Also recommended is the Nassfeld Outdoor Park, where family holidays are really fun. There are a variety of challenges for young and old in Carinthia's largest outdoor park, such as high ropes courses, climbing, flying fox, 3D archery, mountain carts and river tubing.

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Nassfeld an der Grenze zu Österreich / Italien.Sehr herzliche und freundliche Besitzer, man sitzt auf einem Berg (1500m) Brötchenservice wird organisiert, täglich frische Brötchen. Von zu Hause aus viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Wandertouren für Anfänger wie auch Fortgeschrittene. Auch Tagesausflüge nach Udine, Villach und in die vielen Wandergebiete der Umgebung sind sehr gut möglich. Habe auch einen wunderbaren Rundgang durch die Gegend mit dem Besitzer gemacht. Kurz gesagt, hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Schöne Umgebung für Bergwanderungen, Mountainbiken und in begrenztem Umfang Rennräder. Die Unterkunft war großartig, alles weiter und es war sauber. Die Besitzer tun alles, damit Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Sie arrangieren Brot und begleiten sogar eine wunderschöne Bergwanderung. Die Familie Fritz (Eigentümer, die darunter wohnen) ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, ohne gezwungen zu werden. Es gibt ein Geschäft im Dorf auf dem Berg, so dass Sie für eine kleine Nachricht nicht ins Tal müssen, sondern auch in das italienische Dorf Pontebba fahren und einen schönen Cappuccino auf einer Terrasse genießen können.
