Sun, beach and pine trees - exceptionally beautiful play of light and shadow in front of our beach pearl on the Bansiner Promenade The Villa beach pearl, completed in 2002, is an exclusive right in Fig.1. Row on the beach promenade in the seaside resort Bansin. The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartments are equipped with all amenities. Almost all apartments have sea views. In the house there is a lift and a bicycle garaging. The underground parking or Outdoor parking are included. A washing machine and a dryer in the house are available for a fee.

VS 25:
This modern three room apartment in the 3. Floor is comfortably furnished and has a second bedroom. For the fifth and sixth person a sofa bed is in the living room. The apartment offers a wonderful view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and a discount of 50% on the regular entrance fees until 31st August 2019 every time you visit the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr gute Lage, moderne Ausstattung, super Ausblick. Hinten der Schlonsee, vorne die Ostsee. Wäre noch ein Balkon an der Wohnung gewesen, wäre alles perfekt gewesen.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber!

Wir kannten das Haus bereits von einem Urlaub vor 10 Jahren und freuten uns auf den Aufenthalt. Leider erwartete uns eine schmutzige Wohnung. In beiden Bädern stand Wasser vor der Toilette. Am Anfang dachten wir noch es wurde zu nass gewischt und musste noch trocknen. Auch nach 2 Stunden war das Wasser nicht weg. Nach mehreren Wischversuchen war klar, beide Toiletten sind undicht. Wir haben mit Küchenrolle provisorisch abgedichtet. Die Vermietung schicke den Hausmeister, dann eine Firma, nach zwei Tagen war das erledigt. Leider waren die Bäder auch nach der geforderten NachReinigung nicht sauber. Auch die Küche war sehr unsauber. Im Kühlschrank gab es Flecken und Haare. Der Backofen war so verschmutzt, dass wir auf eine Benutzung komplett verzichteten. Küche und Geschirr wurden von uns gereinigt. Leider mussten wir den ganzen Urlaub das Geschirr per Hand abwaschen, da der Geschirrspüler anscheinend so verkalkt war, dass das Geschirr nicht gespült wurde. Über die schmutzigen Fenster und Spinnweben kann man hinwegsehen, aber Bad und Küche sollten sauber sein. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, allein die Lage ist super. Jetzt sollte die Hausverwaltung nur das mit der Reinigung in den Griff bekommen.
