Whether for two, three or with your cozy four-legged friends - this lovingly furnished two-room apartment offers you everything you need for your break.   In the morning, the sunny balcony invites you for a leisurely breakfast in the open air. During the day, you can enjoy the sea and nature, or use the swimming pool and whirlpool at the nearby partner hotel Admiral free of charge.   The cable TV shortens the evenings, where the outdoor stay is not possible. You can also surf the fast internet for free.    Guests can use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare their own meals, or visit one of the well-kept restaurants in the neighborhood.   For your car there is an outdoor parking space available.

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.  Already included in the price is the use of the pool in the partner hotel Admiral. From 01. Dec. to presumably 29. The swimming pool at the Hotel Admiral is closed due to routine maintenance.

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31st August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Geräumige Ferienwohnung nicht sehr sauber

Wir haben eine Woche zu zweit mit Hund in der Wohnung Nr. 04 gebucht. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr hundefreundlich. Im Nachherein hätten wir auch eine Wohnung weiter oben nehmen können, denn das Haus ist mit einem Fahrstuhl ausgerüstet. Die Wohnung selber ist OK, allein die Sauberkeit läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Balkon hat noch nie einen Lappen gesehen, genau wie die Fenster. Einer von den beiden Wäscheständern ist so verrostet, das er auf den Schrott gehört. In den Wohnzimmerecken scheint sich langsam Schimmel breit zumachen. Die elektrischen Geräte waren zum Teil neu, wie der Fernseher, die Kaffeemaschine, zum Teil kaputt und nicht nutzbar, wie die Stehlampe und das Steinzeitradio. In den Schubfächern im Schlafzimmer fanden wir noch Socken von den Vormietern!!! Die Betten sind ok. Die Möblierung sieht zusammengestückelt aus, hier mal ein Tisch, da mal ein Sofa, nichts passt zusammen. Die Lage ist mit einer Autobahnwohnung vergleichbar, dann die Bergstraße wird ab ganz früh von allerlei Hotel Zulieferern benutzt, wie auch der Buslinie der Insel. Für Hundebesitzer ist die Lage perfekt, da wenige Meter ein großes Waldgebiet angrenzt, wo man lange Spaziergänge mit dem liebsten Freund machen kann. Der Hundestrand ist nicht zu empfehlen, er liegt schlichtweg zu weit weg und man kommt nur durch einen langen Spaziergang durch den FKK Strand dort hin. Durch die Steilküste gibt es keine Möglichkeit "von Land" dort hin zu gelangen.

Gute entspannungswoche nach Schweden Urlaub

Ein Urlaub an der ostseeküste wird immer teurer. Als einfacher Rentner muss man sich schon überlegen was man so macht im Urlaub. Aber die Ostsee ist eben immer wieder schön. Mal sehen wie es nächstes Jahr wird mit der ganzen Preisentwicklungen.
