Vacation home 8 - House Inge-Lotte

Haus Inge-Lotte is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Bansin on the island of Usedom. It was built at the beginning of the last century and comprehensively repaired and modernized. 6 family-friendly holiday homes for 6 people were built on the back of the property. On the neighboring property 4 further, highly comfortable double houses (type V) were built. The main house is a traditional guest house with a newly built top floor apartment with fantastic panoramic views and also houses a restaurant & café that is open daily from 12 noon to 10pm during high season.

Holiday home. 8th:
The FH Type V is a generously equipped and sophisticated semi-detached house with a large garden area. In the kitchen on the ground 6-7 people comfortably at the family-friendly dining table. A cozy stove and the perfectly equipped kitchen complete the center of the FH. For children or guests who are not so good on foot is on the ground floor, a bedroom with 2 sep. Beds and the bathroom with a no-threshold shower. Another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are on the upper floor. The living and media room was moved to the quiet retreat also to the upper floor and equipped with a small library. The whole object is tastefully, modern but very comfortably furnished. Underfloor heating in all rooms and parquet floors create a cozy atmosphere even on cooler days. A parking space for the car can be found directly at the house.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.

Wieder mal eine schöne Woche in Bansin immer wieder gern da.

Das Objekt ist super es ist reichlich Platz vorhanden. Das Inventar (Geschirr und Töpfe) sind reichlich vorhanden müßten aber mal durchgesehen werden da Tasse und anderes Geschirr schon etwas fertig sind.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage - Abzüge bei Sauberkeit und Zustand

Es handelt sich bei dem Ferienhaus um ein sehr schön geschnittenes und ausgestattet Feriendomizil in sehr guter Lage für junge Familien, allerdings gab es einige Probleme beim CheckIn, der Sauberkeit und dem Allgemeinem Zustand. Der CheckIn sollte ab 15 Uhr erfolgen können, als wir jedoch ankamen, war noch keine Schlüsselübergabe möglich. Die Reinigung des Hauses wurde dann um 15:30 begonnen, um 17 Uhr konnten wir zumindest das EG beziehen. Entsprechend stand es dann auch um die Sauberkeit. Eine der Corona Lage entsprechende Grundreinigung eines Hauses von 100 m² kann in ~3 h nicht erfolgen. Der Hausmeister war sehr bemüht und hatte sich auch mehrfach entschuldigt, ggf. sollte der Vermieter darauf achten, genug Zeit zwischen einem Mieterwechsel einzuplanen. Der Zustand des Hauses zeigte an der ein oder anderen Stelle auch Verbesserungspotential, die Einrichtung ist etwas in Jahre gekommen. Hier einige Beispiele: - Der Kühlschrank arbeitet nicht mehr richtig. (An der Tür warm, die Rückwand friert) - Im OG fällt der Hebel zum Bedienen der Brause ab. - Der erwähnte Grill ist mehr oder weniger durchgerostet. - Mehrere Lampen um Haus funktionieren nicht mehr, sodass es sehr Dunkel im Haus ist. - In den Fenster konnte man noch Reste von Fliegengitter erkennen, diese fehlten jedoch. Entsprechend viele "Gäste" hatten wir in Grundsätzlich war es aber dennoch ein sehr schöner Aufenhalt und wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder wieder, wenn die Kritikpunte bearbeitet werden. PS: In der Beschreibung sind Fotos des Dachgeschosslofts aufgeführt, dass führt zu Verwirrungen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit einigen Minuspunkten

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, auch die Lage. Viel Platz. Minuspunkte: 1: Startbild im Inserat ist von einer anderen Wohnung und deshalb irreführend. 2. Mehrere Lampen funtionierten nicht. 3. Kein heißes Wasser am zweiten Tag, aber der zuständige Hausmeister hat schnell reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen 4. Handlauf an der Treppe ist nur direkt an der Wand, am Anfang und Ende der Treppe fehlt quasi ein Stück, dadurch ist der ältere Feriengast 2x gestürzt

schönes grosses haus für einen strandurlaub

haus schön, nähe am strand zu fuß in 10 minuten, parkplatz direkt vor dem haus, garten, schöne inneneinrichtung. nachteil waren die matratzen, die waren sehr unbequem, die verdunkelung der räume war schwer machbar, da die laterne nachts hineinscheint in die 2 schlafräume. strand dort sehr schön. sonst super...haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gepflegt ist was anderes

Das Objekt ist pflegebedürftig. Die Gardinen könnten eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Überall im Haus liegt der Staub. Auf Bilderrahmen und gardinenleisten. Der Sisalteppichboden gehört komplett erneuert. Die Teflonpfannen müssten alle erneuert werden, weil die Beschichtung verbrannt ist. Die von den Vorgänger Mietern zurückgelassenen Lebensmittel haben verfallsdaten bis 2015 hinein. Offensichtlich pflegt das niemand. Mehl, Zucker wird in der staubigen Schublade offen aufbewahrt. Es kümmert sich offensichtlich niemand um das Thema. Entweder wegschmeißen oder aufheben und pflegen. Aber so gewinne ich dein Eindruck, dass keine professionelle Pflege des Objektes stattfindet. Im Laufe meines urlauber Lebens war dies das mit Abstand ungepflegteste Objekt. Pauschal können wir feststellen alles etwas lieblos, bis hin zu terassenmöbel, die unbedingt mal mit dem Kärcher gesäubert werden müsste. Die Schlafräume haben keine verdunkelnden Vorhänge, d.h ab 4Uhr morgens küsst die Sonne den Gast wach. Der eine mag es, ich nicht. Ab 6h wäre es ok...... Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut. Das Wetter war hervorragend das Ferienhaus ist zum vergessen.
