On the banks of the dreamy Schloonsees, a few steps before the center of Seebad Bansin and only about 8 minutes from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, you will find this apartment complex. It comprises 12 detached houses and a care center with a large supermarket, restaurant and shops with goods of daily use. The complex is very child friendly, since there is virtually no traffic. The big playground is there for all children. Please note the information on the "Kaiserbäder Card" available in the house of the guest, directly on the promenade.

The modern furnished apartment (Paterre, 50 sqm) is for max. four persons (double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room) suitable. A furnished terrace facing south is from the living room as well as from the bedroom accessible. For high-quality facilities include lounge with satellite TV, separate dining area, full kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven with integrated microwave and fridge / freezer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage und Terasse mit Blick ins Grüne hervorragend. Nachts sehr ruhig. Etwas undurchsichtig war die Buchung über FeWe-direkt, da nicht ersichtlich war, bei wem ich eigentlich buche. Dies war dann die Usedom Tourismus GmbH und dort wiederum für einen privaten Vermieter, was ich erst nach der Buchung erfuhr. Ich sollte dann die Kosten per Bargeld beim Checkin übergeben, was ich nicht bevorzuge. Zumindest ein Hinweis vorab, dass dies so ist, bei kurzfristiger Buchung, hätte ich gut gefunden. Das Portal FeWo-direkt wiederum teilte mir mit, dass ich per Kredtikarte zahle und wollte meine Daten. Alles intransparent und hat einiges an Zeit für mich gekostest, dem nachzugehen und aufzuklären. Daher der Stern Abzug, sonst wären es fünf gewesen.

Schöne Wohnung zum Weiterempfehlen

Die Wohnung war für uns Zwei plus Hund absolut perfekt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Ein Extraplus: die Wohnung kann man komplett abdunkeln und man wacht erst mit Gänsegeschnatter (auf dem Flug zum Schloonsee) auf. Auf der sonnigen Terrasse haben wir den Kaffee genossen. Der Strandkorb ist sehr schön. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank an Frau Schatz! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.
