The 60 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for up to four people. The apartment has a cozy living room with sitting area (the couch can be used as an extra bed for one person), TV and dining area and a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The initial bed linen is included in the rental price, a towel package can be booked for a fee. For an occupancy of two people, only the bedroom with the double bed is available.
The comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house and is quiet, yet centrally located in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. The fine sandy beach is about 10 minutes walk, shopping and a bakery are only 200 meters away. The center of Heringsdorf with numerous shops and restaurants can be reached in about 15 minutes. For your car a covered parking space is available. A private sitting area in the green and a shared barbecue area in the garden for all guests is also available. On-site you can rent bikes from the rental bike station at your landlord, you get 50% off the regular rental price.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles für den Urlaub vorhanden. Bäckerei in der Nähe und bald gibt es einen neuen Aldi und Edeka. Weg zum Strand etwas weit. Viele Ausflüge möglich.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, gross, hell, geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, was auch der Gastfamilie zu verdanken ist. Sie sind sehr herzlich und tun alles dafür das es einem an nichts fehlt. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles, es hat uns super gefallen !
