Wir kommen seit fast 30 Jahren ins Upstalsboom. Wir gehörten mit zu den ersten Gästen seit Eröffnung des Seehofs in Bansin. Wir sind über die Jahre auch immer sehr zufrieden gewesen, sonst wären wir auch nicht so regelmäßig ins Upstalsboom gekommen. Dieses Jahr waren wir schon sehr enttäuscht, dass wir im Seehof direkt kaum einen Ansprechpartner zu sehen bekamen. Alles lief nur telefonisch. Es hat zwar alles funktioniert, kleine Wünsche und Mängel wurden schnell behoben, aber das Persönliche, das über viele Jahre bestand, blieb auf der Strecke. Mit anderen Worten fanden wir, dass sich der Service für uns verschlechtert hat.
