Here you will find everything for a pleasant and relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. An underground parking space and an outdoor parking space is included in the price. Washing machine and dryer are available in the house!

VW 07:
This beautiful two-room apartment is located in the connected new building of the youth villa and offers enough space for 2 to 4 people.   The apartment has a laminate floor and is equipped with a sofa bed for the third and fourth person. A sunny balcony with a green field in the foreground invites you to linger.   The kitchen has a dishwasher and a cooker with ceramic hob and oven. For a lively start in the morning, a Nespresso machine. The spacious bedroom has a second TV and DVD player can also be used. Here you find everything for a pleasant stay. An underground parking space is included in the price. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and a discount of 50% on the regular entrance fees until 31st August 2019 every time you visit the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Ruhig am Ortsrand und trotzdem nur ca. 5 Fußminuten zur Promenade. Das gesamte Objekt Waldstraße ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt eine Tiefgarage für alle Bewohner. Höhe 2m. VW T5/6 passt. Waren selbst mit Höhergelegtem Mitsubishi Pajero drin. Die Wohnung 07 war sehr sauber. Allerdings macht das Mobiliar den Eindruck etwas lieblos zusammen "gesammelt" zu sein. Das BETT muss ich sagen ist das schlechteste Bett in dem ich die letzten 20 Jahre geschlafen habe. Hier handelt es sich wahrscheinlich um ein Billig Boxspring wo gefühlt der Topper fehlt. Mann hat das Gefühl man liegt auf den Federn. Selbst meine Frau, die fasst mit jedem Bett zurechtkommt hatte nach der ersten Nacht Verspannungen am ganzen Rücken und schmerzen in der Hüfte. Wir haben dann alles was an Decken und Polstern zu Finden waren unter die Bettlaken gezogen und dann war es einigermaßen zu ertragen. Man hatte aber gefühlt die ganze Nacht unruhig geschlafen. Wäre eine Kleinigkeit um für mehr Schlafkomfort zu Sorgen.Das schlimmste ist jedoch das Bad. So schlecht und billig mit 'nem Eimer Farbe die Fliesen gestrichen das es einfach nur "Billig" wirkt. nicht mal die Ränder abgeklebt und immer schön übergestrichen.Das ist "ich kenne jemand der macht das für 50 Euro" Qualität.Vielleicht einfach mal vernünftig machen ! Super der Service von der Traumdomizil Usedom.Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Bansin und Usedom und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wohnung ist ok mit kleinen Problemen.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Leider ist die Lüftung des Bades sehr laut. Das stört insbes. nachts, da der Lüfter mindestens 7 Minuten läuft und das Schlafzimmer unmittelbar mit einer Tür verbunden ist. Hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Kleinlich war die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern. Wir hatten die Wohnung für 14 Tage gebucht. Vorhanden waren Handtücher für eine Woche. Wir waren gezwungen, die gebrauchten Handtücher in die Agentur zu bringen und mit Bezahlung neue zuholen.

Wir kommen mal wieder!

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Es fehlte nichts. Ausreichend Platz, im Bad genug Ablagemöglichkeiten, Küche gut ausgestattet, Kühlschrank etwas zu klein, 2 Fernseher (muss aber nicht sein), Stauraum für 2 Personen ok, Tiefgaragenplatz. Lage super: Strand war gut zu Fuss erreichbar, Bummelmeile, Promenade ebenfalls. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Die Küche machte einen sauberen Eindruck mit ausreichend Geschirr und Kochtöpfen. Das Apartment entspricht mit seiner Einrichtung dem, wie es auf den Fotos gezeigt wurde. Es war nicht verwohnt, sodass gleich wohlfühlte.

Wir hatten lange nicht so eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt super günstig. Der Strand ist in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage, die von der Ferienwohnug super zu erreichen ist.

Gute Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Wohnung und Küche vollständig

Die Wohnung liegt zentral genug, um alles Wichtige schnell erreichen zu können und ist zugleich ruhig. Sie ist hell und auch hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Sitzmöbel sind bequem, am Esstisch kann man auch arbeiten. Die Bilder im Internet geben die Realität wieder. Es gibt viele Bücher, die wohl zum größten Teil von Gästen dortgelassen wurden - eine Sammlung, in der wohl jede/r etwas Passendes finden kann. Auch Spiele sind vorhanden. Bemerkenswert ist die Menge an Geschirr und Besteck. Ich habe es nicht gezählt, aber mehr als 12 Tassen waren es auf jeden Fall, mindestens 6 Becher und die Besteckschublade war ebenfalls voll. So kann man die Geschirrspülmaschine auch wirklich nutzen. Was für uns vorab interessant gewesen wäre, ist, dass es nicht nur eine Nespresso-Maschine gibt, sondern auch eine "normale" Kaffeemaschine und auch die Möglichkeit, den Kaffee mit einer French-Press-Kanne zuzubereiten. Wir würden die Wohnung bei Bedarf wieder buchen.
