On the ground floor of the house you will find a small, cozy holiday home with a sheltered terrace facing south.

With its 30 square meters of living space, the apartment can accommodate two people and a toddler up to three years. You can bring a travel cot or rent for a single € 15 with us. In the open living-sleeping area with granite floor, a cozy style mix awaits you. A comfortable leather seating group invites you to relax. The comfortable foldaway bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) ensures a restful sleep.

The small kitchenette is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom has a shower.

A washing machine and a tumble dryer in a common room in the basement are available to our guests for a small fee. In addition, you can use a free Wi-Fi connection during your stay and are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. On the property belongs a parking space to your apartment. A dream apartment to feel good - we look forward to seeing you.

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2005 Dünenresidenz.  Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is aligned to the mountain road and offers charming views of the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble was equipped with a fountain made of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.
