Dune Residence C 04 - DR C 04

Highlight at the beach promenade Bansiner - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location in a prime location of the renowned resort is the resulting 2005 Dünenresidenz.  Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is oriented to the mountain road and offers lovely views to the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble has been equipped with a fountain of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard). Caution: Construction site informationPlease note that in the period from 04. March 2019 to 31. May 2019 renovation work on the facade as well as on the balconies and terraces of the dunes - residence will be held. Affected are the apartments in A and B and the apartments C 04 and C 14 in house C.

DR C 04:
The eastern, modern two-room apartment is the ideal place to enjoy the Baltic Sea beach and Schloonsee the Bansiner bath life. To the contemporary furnished apartment includes a south-east location loggia overlooking the front garden of Dünenresidenz .. The living room with comfortable kitchenette and sofa bed, the bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet offer enough space for a relaxing holiday with up to four people. During your stay there is free Wi-Fi available. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. The use of washing machine and dryer is in the house for a fee of € 4.00 possible. Attention: Site informationPlease note that in the period from 04. March 2019 to 31. May 2019 renovation work on the facade as well as on the balconies and terraces of the dunes - residence will be held. Affected are the apartments in A and B and the apartments C 04 and C 14 in house C.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
