Located directly on the Seestraße, which leads to the beach, the fully equipped holiday apartments are family-friendly and an ideal starting point for tours across the entire island of Usedom. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Feel good on 51 square meters - on entering the apartment welcomes you a spacious hall from which all rooms go out. In the living room, the new sofa bed can be used as an additional sleeping facility (lying area 1.40 x 2.0 m). The separate kitchen incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and dining invites you to cook together and dine. The master bedroom makes a comfortable and open for our guests longer rear double bed for a restful sleep. It also has a bunk bed for the children. A large wardrobe offers enough space for your holiday wardrobe. The sunny balcony is entering from the bedroom and is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. The modern bathroom has a window. Our guests can use the washing machine and tumble of apartments 9 and 11 in the basement. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday photos with your loved ones at home. On the property include a car parking space to the apartment, which is visible from your balcony. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle rack at the house or in the basement.
