The 28 square meter one-room holiday apartment is located on the first floor and has a large furnished balcony. The apartment is equipped with a galley kitchen with two hotplates, microwave and refrigerator and a small dining area and a combined living room and bedroom with double bed, comfortable seating area, TV and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is suitable for three people (maximum two adults and a small child). A travel cot can be provided on request. The initial bed linen is included in the rental price, a towel package can be booked for a fee.

The cozy apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is quiet, yet centrally located in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. The fine sandy beach is about 10 minutes walk, shopping and a bakery are only 200 meters away. The center of Heringsdorf with numerous shops and restaurant can be reached in about 15 minutes. A covered parking space is available for your car. A communal barbecue corner in the garden is available for all guests. On-site you can rent bikes from the rental bike station at your landlord, you get 50% off the regular rental price.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard and a travel crib.

Klein, aber sehr gemütlich und empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für 2, nicht allzu große Personen wegen der Dachschräge, ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist gut, kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Kleiner Essbereich, kleiner Wohnbereich mit Doppelbett, Bad mit Dusche, TV und WLAN. Wohnung war sauber und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Überdachter Parkplatz im Innenhof. Nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zum Strand, direkt über die Straße Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich kann nur Daumen hoch sagen.

Gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung untern Reetdach mit toller Terrasse mit direktem Zugang von der Küche. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte , nette , freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin .
