One minute walk to the beach (approx. 100 m) and approx. 5 minutes walk to the Ostseetherme (approx. 200 m). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes on foot, Ahlbeck town center 10 minutes, Heringsdorf 15 minutes on foot. There are several cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. In the residential complex there is also a children's playroom, coin dryer and coin-operated washing machine. A free underground parking space is located on the property.
