Urlaub
Die Wohnung war so, wie sie in der Anzeige stand. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick ĂŒber Bansin. Die Promenade und der Strand waren fuĂlĂ€ufig schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. TagsĂŒber und abends war es ruhig in der Wohnung, trotz offenem Fenster. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Ein Fahrradverleih und Rewe sind nicht mehr als 500m entfernt.

Trotz Restaurant keine LÀrmstörung. Alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden.
Schöne Wohnung fĂŒr 2 Personen mit 2 Kindern. Ausreichend Tischspiele vorhanden. Schloonsee sehr schön mit Möglichkeit SchwĂ€ne, Möwen und Enten zu fĂŒttern. Haltestelle BĂ€derbahn gleich in der NĂ€he von dort Gute Möglichkeit nach SwinemĂŒnde.

Villa Viamar Dachgeschosswohnung
Eine sehr schön hergerichtete alte Villa im Herzen von Bansin . Etwas laut , da das Haus wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum und Strandpromenade entfernt ist. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, BĂ€cker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der NĂ€he. FĂŒr junge Leute mit Kindern sehr geeignet.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler StrandnÀhe
Wohnung liegt im denkmalgeschĂŒtzten Haus im Dachgeschoss. Zu jeder Wohnung gibt es auf dem GrundstĂŒck einen Parkplatz. Wohnung liegt sehr zentral um schöne Touren auf der Insel zu unternehmen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, gutes Preis-Leistung-VerhĂ€ltnis. KĂŒche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Plus wĂ€re noch, wenn man die Anzahl der groĂen Tassen erhöht (2 Tassen sind dann doch sehr wenig). Schön wĂ€re es, wenn die Jalousien nicht so lichtdurchlĂ€ssig wĂ€ren.
Sollte man keine FahrrÀder dabei haben, kann man diese in etwa 300m Entfernung ausleihen.
