Eine sehr gut gepflegte Wohnung im Zentrum von Bansin. Freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft durch die Gastgeber, die selbst über eine eigene Wohnung in der Villa verfügen.

Urlaub

Die Wohnung war so, wie sie in der Anzeige stand. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick über Bansin. Die Promenade und der Strand waren fußläufig schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Tagsüber und abends war es ruhig in der Wohnung, trotz offenem Fenster. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Fahrradverleih und Rewe sind nicht mehr als 500m entfernt.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Trotz Restaurant keine Lärmstörung. Alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden. Schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen mit 2 Kindern. Ausreichend Tischspiele vorhanden. Schloonsee sehr schön mit Möglichkeit Schwäne, Möwen und Enten zu füttern. Haltestelle Bäderbahn gleich in der Nähe von dort Gute Möglichkeit nach Swinemünde.

Villa Viamar Dachgeschosswohnung

Eine sehr schön hergerichtete alte Villa im Herzen von Bansin . Etwas laut , da das Haus wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum und Strandpromenade entfernt ist. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Für junge Leute mit Kindern sehr geeignet.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Strandnähe

Wohnung liegt im denkmalgeschützten Haus im Dachgeschoss. Zu jeder Wohnung gibt es auf dem Grundstück einen Parkplatz. Wohnung liegt sehr zentral um schöne Touren auf der Insel zu unternehmen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Plus wäre noch, wenn man die Anzahl der großen Tassen erhöht (2 Tassen sind dann doch sehr wenig). Schön wäre es, wenn die Jalousien nicht so lichtdurchlässig wären. Sollte man keine Fahrräder dabei haben, kann man diese in etwa 300m Entfernung ausleihen.
