Villa Alt-Ahlbeck enjoys a very good location in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck. The house was extensively renovated in 2001 and is located, only about 100 meters from the fine Baltic Sea beach. This very bright and well-designed apartment on the ground floor (52 m²) offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on the island of Usedom. In the spacious living room with comfortable sofa bed is followed directly by the open, fully equipped kitchen with bar. The bedroom with the wide window front (Boxspingbett) is to commit from the living room. A modern shower room with window and the entrance hall complete the apartment. Enjoy the sunset on the large, west-facing terrace. The object has a bicycle and washing machine or dryer room (coin operation). The associated parking space is located near the private terrace. The historic Ahlbeck pier is about a 10-minute walk. A very good bakery is about 2 minutes walk away. A free Wi-Fi network is available.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Da sich die Villa in unmittelbarer Nähe der Bushaltestelle befindet ist die Benutzung des eigenen Fahrzeugs nicht erforderlich.
