Simple room...but can be much better

Had changed room that was next to noisy AHU prior to check in. However, the given room was just marginally less or equally noisy. For 2 nights... we simply bear with the noise instead of changing. Breakfast was not great. Seaweed dish had white mold on it... it was not cleaned well. Shower room door had a gap. Alignment was off. After shower, outside was very wet.

Room was assigned to the first floor; thus, it was noisy. Room condition was little old but cleanly managed. Bed was comfort enough for the price, and the service was good enough as well.

You can’t miss the great hotel!

It’s a business trip, I am really lucky to choose the amazing hotel. The hotel staffs are professional, passionate, and the room is clean, cozy and well taken care during my three days stay. I will definitely come back next time.

Riverside hotel without river by its side

The room is very small and so do the washroom. Even the elevator is so small that it can barely hold 4 persons each with one piece of luggage. The height of some of the stairs between steps are not uniform and can cause falls and trips especially for elderly persons. It is close to the old city but far away from Main Street in Kenting. In terms of it relatively inaccessible location from the main tourist attractions and its overall quality. it seems over priced. There is a stale odour when we initially went in and had to be cleared by air refresher machine. The front desk staff were ok but obviously not as professional as other hotels.

Good the price! Clean and comfortable.

We got a double room for two pax. Room was rather small but good enough for us. Only has sufficient space in the room for 1 open luggage though. Breakfast is basic. However it is located at B1 which is not accessible by the lift. Not friendly for guests with mobility issues. However, the staff did suggest that the meal be brought up to the reception lounge.

The hotel is small but neat. The service is fine. One big plus is the cheap self-helping laundry machines and free detergent powder offered. Location is good too, good restaurants nearby, close to town and good bus transportation (the buses within HengChun aren't very frequent, neither do they run late, though). The room we booked is not roomy for 3 adults (especially when one or two of us snores heavily), but at least we got what we ordered. So I will rather recommend the hotel to family travelers.

Rooms need general maintenance.

Room had an strong smell to humidity, like if it has been closed for years. Have to keep the window wide opened all night to get the room vented and clean air. The bathroom door make a sound, kind of an old scary castle door, whenever you opened.
