Plan on coming back here to stay. Excellent location, comfortable, modern. Amazing shower. Excellent rate and our dog loved it. Could not get TV in main room to work and not a fan of Free TV stations. We will request earlier check-in next time if no one is there before us. Be sure to take your dog to the The Park at Flat Rock, best place to take your dog for a long walk.

Perfect getaway spot

Everything was as it was described in the advertising. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room. It was very quiet also.We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hendersonville! The communication between us and the owner was excellent.

Very dirty and no air conditioning

We arrived at 11:00 am (had booked it to start the day before but was delayed). It was 81 degrees inside. Called and messages and got in touch w someone who said an HVAC repairman would be there in an hour. At 6:00 pm they finally said they couldn’t fix it and did not have any options for us. We had to find another place to stay at seven at night with a dog. The apartment was so dirty that we had to ask for a broom and dustpan to be delivered right when we arrived. There was pet hair everywhere and the floor was filthy. The owner has so far refused to refund any of our payment. Do not rent from this company.

Just Fine

Nice cozy property close enough to be far and far enough to be close to anything you want to do. Very clean. Bathroom is Boss!! Bed is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We were impressed with the newness of the property and its tasteful decoration. However, it is advertised to sleep up to four, but the pull-out sofa bed was unusable with a thin mattress that did not protect the sleeper from the metal structure, bars and springs underneath. The shower is beautiful but lacks any hand bar to steady oneself. Not recommended for elderly folks. Otherwise, quite a nice place!

What an AMAZING stay! The property was immaculate! The bathroom…one word….perfection!!!! Bed was comfortable, parking was easy and plenty of outdoor space to walk our dachshund. We are definitely saving this place in our favorites!

It was OK

If you have a dog this is not the place for you. Street was very dark and cars were fast. No where to walk a dog. The inside was charming but the outside yard was a mess. Knocked over solar lights very little grass. I did have a problem with the managing company not returning calls. It wasn't until I contacted VRBO that I got a response. Would I stay there again? probably not but if you are looking for a clean place to sleep, it would be fine.

Beautiful place! Quiet.

Place was beautiful but Would have like sidewalks, someplace easier to walk my dog instead in the street with no street lights. Found the mall a couple blocks away and took my dog there 2x day to walk in a lighted area.

Pleasantly surprised

Stay was nice the outside a little misleading but the inside was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and AC works well. Will do again if available. It would be nice if the numbered the units as to know which one we are staying in. Only issue was we tried to contact the manager to move the dates but didn’t hear back from them.
