Great Family Place

Perfect place for families, separate game room and living room, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Extremely large comfortable porch overlooking the lake.

We stay at multiple locations at Toledo B and Sam Rayburn, this is one of the best locations and properties we have stayed at. Sad to leave, will be back soon!!

Family roadtrip

Awesome property within this campground. Beautiful lake view and walking distance to the little store. Nice dog park for our dog to run around. The beds were so comfortable! Lots of things to do or just relax on the huge deck with fans.wish we could have stayed longer!

This property is a very nice, convenient place to stay. The house is updated a very well kept.

Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and the store in front of the park was very convenient. They even have diesel fuel. Parking for 5 trucks and boats with 3 able to be covered was great! I highly recommend.

East Texas perfect spot

The area was nice and the home was fantastic. I couldn’t believe the space and room for adults and kids. The kitchen was wonderful and stocked with a great coffee pot and everything you use on a daily basis. The back patio is large enough to hold a family reunion with views of the lake and much needed fans for the hot summers. Would choose this place again when we return back to East Texas.

Fishing Trip with Friends

Our stay was awesome. The place was better than advertised. We fit 3 trucks and 3 boats with no problem. We took advantage of the fishing dock, cleaning station and private boat ramp. Having a convenient store within walking distance is priceless. We will definitely be back again and I would highly recommend this place!

This place is awesome. The house has plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and has everything you need. The covered back porch was amazing. We loved sitting out there especially at night. The house is right on the water so you overlook the lake. We docked our boat at the boat house. Fishing was good. The cleaning station is right there. All this is right there at the house. We really enjoyed our stay. We did hate when our time was up and we had to leave. This place is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely be back soon. Great place!!!

Spectacular Accommodations

Loved the property. Perfect for family get together. Beautiful remodel. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into maintaining the place. We will absolutely be coming here again and again. We could not have been more pleased. Only thing that could be better….Took us a while to find the boat row. It veers to left then in between islands. Be careful of stumps and getting beached until you find it. It is marked. We didn’t find it until we learned the hard way. Easier to find it on way back in than it is when you are going out. Texas can do a better job of marking.

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful. It was cold so didnt go outside. Too many loose rugs on floor. We finally picked them up after my husband fell on one. Tv didn't work. Took a day for them to fix. Water pressure was bad. You couldnt bath and run water in kitchen at same time.Given that, the people were nice and did what they could to fix things.
