Escape to the heart of nature in this delightful 1-bedroom cottage, offering the perfect retreat for two. This cottage combines rustic charm with home from home comforts, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.



Simple in style, yet warm and welcoming, the living room has an abundance of charm, featuring a comfortable sofa and a lovely dining table that provides a pleasant space for both relaxation and meals.



Cook up a feast of an evening with the fully fitted kitchen, microwave, fridge/freezer. Outside, a small seating area offers the ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon tipple during the summer months.



The cottage includes a comfortable double bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower, WC, and basin.



Located at the quieter end of Praa Sands beach (Ashton side) is Noel Cottage - a charming, one bedroom, ground floor cottage with private parking. The accommodation is set over one floor with just one step up into the bedroom. Staying at Noel you are just a few short minutes walk down hill to the beach with easy access onto the surrounding coastal footpath.



The Noel can be booked together with Lesceave Cottage, which accommodates an additional four guests across two bedrooms. Lesceave Cottage offers panoramic sea views and is an excellent choice for larger family groups. Please note that access is shared between both properties.

What I loved about the Noel, where do I begin!? Amazing little retreat, short walk from the beach, Pra sands. You can have a lovely walk along to the 2x cafes at Pra sands end, rest up and wander home. The bed is so comfortable..the lounge is warm and cosy..the underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom area was much appreciated in Dec! The oven was good and you could cook a good meal. The hot water was really hot for the bath..great. The over bath shower was good too. There's an easy to use eco washing machine. TV. Internet. It's so peaceful, tranquil and relaxing. Nothing as far as I'm concerned..A wonderful little space..
