Beautiful Stone Cottage in Porthleven's Conservation Area Just 100m To Harbour

Just 100m from the historic harbour Island House is perfectly located for your holiday in Porthleven with pubs, restaurants, shops, galleries and the beach just a short stroll away. Completely refurbished with contemporary interior including a cosy sitting room ( new furniture 2021) well equipped kitchen/diner, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, stunning bathroom with large walk in shower, two generous bedrooms, one with a five foot bed (king size with new luxury mattress 2021) and the other with a four foot and a three foot, outside there is a courtyard style garden surrounded by a high wall which is a real suntrap. Sorry no pets. (Saturday to Saturday bookings only).
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
