Maybe for pensioners...

We are a family of four travelling a lot with our 4 month old baby boy and 4 year old son. With the description and price level of Kaisankoti we expected quite much more than we got. For example the room was not cleaned on second day. After irrelevant questions ("when did you check in? When will you check out?") the clerk stated to me "well we don't clean exactly every day". No cleaning was arranged but I got dry towels for us. Third day cleaning didn't do much more than change towels: for example the tray from the lobby kiosk was left on the floor with the dirty dishes?? No minibar or room service, just overpriced selfservice refrigerator at front desk. One cider bottle 8 euro, which I have to pick-up and carry myself... Breakfast really simple, good bread, but everything else boring. Plus one morning they didn't have the sausages and karelian pies - which were the best part. "Delivery came late" they didn't have time was the reason. Breakfast time 7:30 - 9:30, which was at least for us way too early. After breakfast we though of going swimming but no: "oh no that is not possible, morning swim ended already". It became evident they have pool accessible only 8-10 and 17:30-21:00, so exactly at breakfast time and at least we were out for dinner/meeting friends at evening swim. Maybe for pensioners. But not for us.

Lovely location, very nice breakfast, also enjoyed very much the nearby frisbeegolf course (separate 6 euro charge which was ok). Spa rather small, but that was ok for us. Rooms were ok, though really lacked air conditioning.

Sviitti oli aivan ihana – tilava, kodikas ja siisti. Spassa oli kaikki, mitĂ€ toivoimme: sauna, poreallas ja uima-allas. Erityisen mukavaa oli, ettĂ€ höyrysaunassa oli mahdollisuus myös sekasaunaan. Kartanon aamiainen ja Ă  la carte -illallinen olivat erittĂ€in onnistuneita, ja erityisruokavaliot oli huomioitu hyvin. À la carte -ravintolassa saimme poikkeuksellisen hyvÀÀ palvelua nuorelta miestarjoilijalta, joka jĂ€i positiivisesti mieleen. Vastaanoton palvelu sen sijaan jĂ€tti hieman toivomisen varaa: huoneen maksutilanne oli epĂ€selvĂ€, eikĂ€ meiltĂ€ lĂ€htiessĂ€mme kysytty, miten vierailu sujui, mikĂ€ olisi ollut mukava viimeinen ele.
