Beautiful property, stunning location. Very remote, and peacful. Daniel at the front desk is an asset to Fosshotel. He was super friendly and helpful with Northern Lights tips.
Delicious vegan menu choice. Loved the view. 24/7 coffee and tea
A lovely room with a cottage feel. The room had lots of windows to take in the beautiful view. It was an easy walk to the beach and a nature walk along the coast.
The hotel was very nice overlooking the water. The only disappointment was the lack of plowing of the parking lot. It had not been plowed and the snow had fallen 2 days before our arrival. It was a nightmare to drive and park there, as well walk to the front door with our luggage. This is not what I expect from a more upscale hotel. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean and the restaurant was very good. They had hot tea available for guests.
Ocean and mountains stunning view, perfect bed. Great breakfast included which in pricey Iceland is a real plus. Friendly staff. Definitely a place to stay!
This hotel was recently renovated, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. We had one of our better dinners at the restaurant. And the views are wonderful!
