The living area with open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area has access to the terrace and an unobstructed view of the North Sea and the green Oberland. A second terrace is located on the southern sun side of the apartment. Bedroom has a comfortable double bed, shower room and toilet are separate. Wi-Fi, TV and radio / docking station are available, sheets and towels are included and are changed for longer stays. There are washing machines and dryers available for a fee (coins) in the basement.
Gate to the sea is a new construction project with a total of 26 residential units. All apartments have either a roof terrace, balcony or terrace, high quality furnishings, floor heating and controlled ventilation. Several apartments are available as a holiday apartment for rent to guests. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. Therefore, it may cause annoyance by the noise of construction equipment.

Ein Wochenende auf der Insel
In diesem Neubau fühlt man sich fast wie Zuhause. Schöne Ruhige Lage im Oberland mit schönem freien Ausblick auf die Nordsee. Hier ist man sehr in die Natur eingebunden. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und war jederzeit telefonisch für Rückfragen erreichbar.
Meine kleinen Minuspunkte: Wände & Decke müssten wegen Insektenrückständen mal gestrichen werden und als Bezahloption war nur Überweisung möglich.

Wohlfühlen und entspannen
Wir hatten eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich einfach nur wohl fühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Ruhe mitten im Meer zu genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
