The cabin was cute,clean and very comfortable. But the road could use a little work. It was hard to maneuver a large vehicle in and out. Otherwise the cabin was very warm and inviting.

Peace and quier

The property is great and in a good location. It was perfect for us as it was located clisr to Helen for rafting, close to Babyland General, and clise to the qedding venue Willow Farms. The only challenge we had was the stairs ip to the house and the stairs to the loft where the second bedroom and list bedroom was located. The host had acess to games and toys which was nice. Also, provided essentials like salt, pepper, coffee, creamer and washer and dryer. Overall great place to stay.

Great property

It was a very nice place. Very clean and the property managers were so kind and easy to communicate with. They informed us before hand that signal was very limited but Wi-Fi worked great the whole time. The only issue we had were there were a lot of stairs to get up to the property and the water had a sulfur smell. But over all a wonderful place and we would definitely stay there again!

Cozy and rustic

The cabin, "Prilly" is beautifully decorated. You can tell that someone has taken time to make it extra special for your stay. Make sure you get check in details 3 days prior, to check in. If not, contact the owner right away. I did not get check in instructions until after check in after calling twice and leaving messages, but I should have notified earlier. Close to all the attractions, restaurants, winerys, and fun. Even if you don't go anywhere, Prilly is set up to have fun there! There are a lot of steep stairs. If you are young, no problem! Prilly is truly a wonderful place to experience. Had a great 38th wedding anniversary!

Great Location

We were staying in the area for our granddaugthers wedding at the Meadows at Mossy Oaks. It was about a 20-25 minute drive but was easy to get to...once we found the driveway (you have to turn right at the GA Properties sign). I was worried about he driveway because in the mountains they can be a bit hard to maneuver but it wasn't a problem. There are quite a few stairs leading up to the kitchen door to get inside (be aware when carrying luggage in). The inside was super clean, everything we needed was available. We didn't cook so I'm not sure how that would have been. It was very cozy, quiet and for the two nights we stayed it was great!

Great Family Getaway!

The property had everything we needed to spend quality time together and a beautiful view with a short hike to trails. Property was clean, beds were comfy and absolutely no issues whatsoever!! Had a cozy cabin feel. Plan to stay again in the future!

Perfect!

This house was wonderful! There were so many lovely little touches and niceties that made our stay even better! We had a fantastic time and would love to come back. The house is simultaneously secluded and close to so many fun activities…our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Hosts were extremely responsive and it’s obvious they put a ton of thought into renovating this lovely home.

A Gem of a cabin near Helen

We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The property was clean and accommodated our family nicely! We did have a hiccup with the water smelling like sulfur but it was quickly addressed by the owner and maintenance and by the last day the odor was completely gone. The kids were hesitant to sleep on the top bunk but a quick move of the mattress to the floor solved the problem. I would suggest a railing be add to the lower steps for the safety of older guests. Great location, neat, clean and they were very responsive.

Perfect for family of 5 to enjoy Helen

Prilly was perfect for our family of 5 on our final family getaway before school starts. Cabin was very clean and nicely updated with a farmhouse vibe with well stocked kitchen and new gas grill. Master bedroom has one of the more comfortable beds that we have had staying at VRBO properties. No complaints from the teens or preteen on the loft and 2nd bedroom. Soaking tub was a great place to relax and help sore legs after a full day of shopping in the Alpine Village. Hosts were very quick to respond to the one question we had. Overall a 5 star stay!

Everything we needed and more!

Great updated property in the woods to give you that feeling of seclusion without being too far from all the amenities and attractions nearby. Here were a few of our highlights: -coffee and functioning coffee maker -Having coffee in the mornings and looking out the windows in every direction to nature (looking for wildlife, seeing mostly squirrels at the times I looked) but so relaxing! -very clean and comfortable beds and bedding -wonderful high pressure showers to wash off all the days dirt/sweat/river water before sleeping in the clean bed -fun board games to entice kids away from the WiFi which is also wonderful and worked well :) -washer and dryer which we always look for when traveling with kids… -plenty of space for our family of 5, with both seating and beds -the home seemed to keep its temperature quite efficiently, I really didn’t hear the air conditioning go on too frequently and it felt very comfortable the entire time we were there -The owners Jeff and Kelly were readily available by phone or VRBO message and even checked in midway to make sure our needs were met. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and would love to book Prilly house when we return to Helen, GA again!
