Porchside Getaway – Spacious Helen Home w/ Hot Tub, Game Room & Resort Access

Guests will enjoy the perfect vacation at this beautiful home in the popular gated Innsbruck Golf Community. The property is roughly three miles from dining and shopping in downtown Helen. This beautiful home has 2 large upper and lower porches, with lots of outdoor living space. Complete with a hot tub & plenty of outdoor furniture for your rest & relaxation. On the upper level the home boasts an open living area, kitchen, and dining area with vaulted ceilings, and a master bedroom with an ensuite, and laundry room.

The lower level includes 3 bedrooms and the game room. Where friends and family can enjoy playing a game of pool, pick from the many board games, sip at the wet bar and stay cozy when it's cold by the electric fireplace. The primary suite has a desk, and each bedroom features direct access to either a porch or a patio.

On the upper level the well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster.  Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and WiFi, as well as a firepit where you can relax  under the stars.

When you book this beautiful home you will enjoy access to several on-site amenities, including a seasonal outdoor community pool, shared tennis courts, and community pickle ball courts.

The house was nice. We loved having all king size beds and each room had its own bathroom. The hot tub was on the bottom deck that was a tile floor, because of the rain each day the tile stayed soaked and was too slippery for us to use.

Local Wildlife

Property was great and we had a bear come up on the second floor and look in the glass doors. When he got ready to leave he stood up like a human and opened the gate and went oit. The next morning i caught hime coming back up the driveway. I got so.e good pictures. We loved it. We also loved the house being so large and roomy.
