This beautiful Vacation Rental is nestled in the heart of Helen within walking distance to most local attractions. One block off of Maine Street and two blocks from the center of town, you will easily be able to access all of your hearts desires.

Our units come fully furnished with all linens for your stay. If you should need anything during your stay our office is just a few steps away.

You will also have access to the Seasonal Outdoor Pool on property. (May - Sept.)

Property was pet-friendly. Room had several cosmetic defects. Internet connectivity was spotty at best. Biggest complaint is that the sheets, linen, and towels were stained and not satisfactory for use on both beds. We brought to the attention of the office attendant, they provided us with new sheets, only to find that those were ALSO stained and questionable for use.. we ultimately went out to a local store and purchased our own sheets, bedding, and towels for use. We sent direct messages to the host via VRBO app with these items and never received a response. The location was great for access to town activities but we would not recommend or return.

The front desk employee was not friendly or helpful, the floors were very dirty the tub shower was very slippery and dangerous, slipped in the tub getting out, and it didn’t drain.the tv only worked part of the stay, there weren’t enough outlets, so you had to unplug the tv to make coffee, and unplug the coffee maker to microwave anything. I would never stay again.

Stay at Bavarian for string break

The checkin was great. Room was nice. We was up stairs, there was a few boards that was loose and almost rotten. Lots of nails sticking up. (Had to watch where you walked) Every night when we got back to the room. I would cough my head off and my spouse would sneeze like crazy. We just thought it was the mountain air. Come to find out the last night we was in the room, in the closet on the ceiling was lots of black mold. When we checked out around 7:30 am I ask the lady in the laundry room to please have management to please call me and let my name and number. It is now 6:41 pm as day and I have not received a call from anyone. But our over all stay was nice. Minus the mold

Nice little room

Overall stay was good- walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room but it was comfortable for sleeping. The only thing that could have been better was to have soap provided.

Bavarian Brooks Rental

We staryed at Rental Number 7A. It is small but very clean and the beds were very comfortable. we were walking distance into town and right across from the the river. The pool closed a little earlier then my kids would have liked.
