Unusual vacation home on a farm, on the edge of an extensive vacation home area.



The apartment is located in an independent building, to it belongs an undisturbed meadow, where trees and shrubs have been planted as a delimiting vegetation. Own parking place just in front of the door. The apartment has high ceilings and on the 1st floor a large hem. From the living room on the 1st floor you come to a terrace, which offers a limited view of the surrounding area. The TV in the living room has Danish, Scandinavian and German channels, there is also Wifi in the house. The large sauna invites you to spend relaxing wellness hours.



In this region you will find beautiful hiking trails near the beach and in the forest, which are car-free. Good conditions for fishing. Legoland and Lion Park can be reached under an hour's drive. The adventure pool of Kolding is about 25 minutes away by car.

Super Lage

Positiv super Lage und man hat seine Ruhe. Das Bad entspricht leider nicht dem Anspruch und müßte wirklich wirklich dringend renoviert werden.Asche vom Vormieter im Kamin, Schränke riechen muffig und bieten zu wenig Platz. Es sollte wirklich sauber sein vor Mietbeginn und nicht voller Spinnweben.Grillrost verostet und schmutzig kann man vor Saisoneröffnung eventuell tauschen...aber trotz des engen Platzes und der Frage wie dort 6 Personen leben sollen macht es echt Spaß und ist mit ein paar Arbeiten ein schönes Objekt mit einer besonderen Lage...sollte es renoviert sein komme ich auch gerne wieder....
