Traum's 3-room apartment in the heart of the three-country corner

We are now renting out our newly renovated 3-room apartment in the heart of the three-country corner - Germany - Switzerland - France
Our brand new, very quiet apartment was furnished with love and taste by us. The 85sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. There is a parking lot directly in front of it. It has three rooms and a very nice, covered patio, right in front of the kitchen. Of course, our extensive garden can also be used. Garden furniture and deck chairs are ready for you.
The two comfortably furnished bedrooms are furnished with a double bed / box spring bed (180 x 200cm) - a cot is available if required.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, refrigerator, coffee pad machine and all the necessary kitchen appliances.
There is a Swedish stove in the living room, which creates an idyllic, homely atmosphere in winter.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and has a window.
All in all, the apartment is very comfortably and tastefully furnished, located on the edge of Heitersheim, in a very quiet and idyllic location. It has WiFi, two HD TVs (in the living room and bedroom, one with NETFLIX), parquet and stone floors.
Bed linen, shower and towels are provided.

Perfect place to explore Black Forest

We loved staying in Andrea and Rolf’s apartment. They were so friendly before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The garden was amazing, such a great space for enjoying the pool and outside dining area. We found the location fine for travelling to the beautiful Black Forest sights and attractions.

Cozy Apartment Amidst Cathedrals, Vineyards, and Black Forest

Andrea and Rolf are the kindest and most helpful hosts ever. They are true gems. Their apartment is cozy and full of all the comforts of home. Everything is newly renovated, so clean, and modern. There was a sweet personalized card and flowers waiting for me and my French Bulldog pup upon arrival. Heitersheim has history to explore, restaurants, cafes, local shops, and a few grocery stores to choose from. The apartment is nestled near a vineyard you can walk in and close to a walking path that follows a stream through town. The apartment is a wonderful base to explore the Black Forest, cathedrals/castles, Roman ruins, vineyards, museums, and hiking in the region. We hope to come back one day soon to stay again!

Vacation in Germany

We had a wonderful 2 month stay! Andrea, Rolf and Julia were the perfect hosts. We loved being welcomed with fresh flowers and bottle of wine! The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home and had no problems with not being able to speak German. The yard was definitely a plus and we had a lovely patio to sit outside. We wanted a home base for exploring southern Germany and eastern France and the Black Forest. We were also close enough to go to Switzerland and part of Austria. We loved being in Heitersheim and being able to walk to wineries and restaurants. Also really enjoyed our nightly walks through the vineyards which are literally across the street. Would definitely go back when we get a chance!!

Amazing and very welcoming.

Despite arriving much later than expected, Andrea and Rolf were very accomodating. The airline had mislaid our cases and they were very kind in lending us essential items and were extremely friendly. On arrival, some lovely touches were added such as fresh flowers and even a Union Jack flag! The apartment itself is immaculately clean and it has everything you need. It is also in a great location to explore local attractions such as Europa Park. While staying at the apartment you have full use of the garden and outdoor (covered) seating area. The owners are lovely people who live above the apartment. While they are very respectful of your privacy, they are easy to contact should you need to. We had a wonderful time and when we visit Germany again, will definitely stay there again.

We traveled from the USA and arrived to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a welcome to Germany card. The apartment was comfortable and homey for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The family was there when we needed anything, as they live upstairs. They were very respectful of our privacy. The location is quiet and provides for easy access to nearby towns. There was ample room for everyone to have their space in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. We found the amenities to be perfect and did not have to do without any of the comforts of home. Immaculate beyond most places we have stayed using VRBO. If and when we visit Germany again, we will definitely look to stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Excellent and beautiful accommodation in a location surrounded by vineyards! The house has everything you need for your stay, a fully equipped kitchen, and the hosts are very friendly. They were very welcoming, and we were very happy to be accepted for our stay with our 4 dogs! Highly recommended!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kann sich hier richtig wohlfühlen. Zwei ganz kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge hätte ich aber doch:Für das Bad sollte ein Schlüssel da sein, dass man die Tür abschließen kann. Beim Wohnzimmerfenster zur Straße wäre ein Vorhang ganz schön, dass man abends zu machen kann, dass niemand reinschauen kann. Aber ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.
Als Willkommensgruß stand sogar Kuchen bereit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.

Wir können die Wohnung von Familie Traum uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sie ist schön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Insbesondere die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ob Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirrtücher etc., es ist alles in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden; selbst eine Küchenwaage gibt es. Das haben wir in anderen Wohnungen schon ganz anders erlebt. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den schriftlichen Willkommensgruß und den Blumenstrauß.Die Terrasse ist überdacht. Der Garten sehr groß und es gibt auch einen großen Swimmingpool, den wir allerdings nicht nutzten, da das Wetter nicht entsprechend gut war. Direkt vor dem Haus führt eine kleine Straße in die Weinfelder, wo man dann kilometerweit laufen und wandern kann. Da wir mit zwei Hunden anreisten, war das für uns besonders praktisch. Von hier aus kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge in die nähere und auch etwas weitere Umgebung machen.Mit Frau Traum hatten wir im Vorfeld u.a. bezüglich unserer Anreise per Email freundlichen Kontakt; und am Anreisetag hat sie uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt.Nur eines haben wir bedauert: dass wir nur 10 Tage gebucht hatten ;-)

Wir hatten wirklich eine traumhafte Woche in Traum's Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es fehlte uns an nichts in der Wohnung, es war alles da bis hin zum Kaffee und jeglichen Gewürzen und ein ganz toller Info-Ordner für Unternehmungen und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich wohl, ihm wurde Wasser- und Futternapf bereit gestellt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen.

Mutter-Tochter-Woche

Ich habe mit meiner erwachsener Tochter plus Hund unsere jährliche Auszeit in Heitersheim verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, hat eine kleine überachte Terrasse. Im schönen Garten befindet sich ein Pool für heiße Tage und ich muss sagen, dass ich noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung auf eine besser ausgestattete Küche getroffen bin. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und auch die Gassirunden in den nur einen Steinwurf entfernten Weinbergen waren toll. Der Check in war super unkompliziert und das Gastgeberehepaar sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank!
